چکیده
با وقوع انقلاب صنعتی روند توسعه شهرنشینی در دهه های اخیر ، فزونی یافته و باعث تقدم شهرنشینی بر شهرسازی شده است. شواهد نشان می دهد که در دهه های اخیر شهرها به صورتی بی برنامه رشد کرده و محدوده های شهری به چندین برابر وسعت اولیه خود رسیده اند.گسترش بی رویه و کنترل نشده شهرها،آسیب زیادی به بافت شهر از لحاظ انسجام فضایی و هم چنین پراکندگی مناسب خدمات وارد کرده است. به همین خاطر برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران در سراسر جهان تلاش می کنند تا با شناخت الگوی توسعه کالبدی شهر، رشد آن را در راستای توسعه پایدار شهری هدایت و مدیریت کنند. شهر ملایر نیز در طی 4 دهه، مستثنی از این حادثه عظیم شهرنشینی نبوده است. این تحقیق به صورت پیمایشی و توصیفی-تحلیلی با بهره گیری از مدل های آنتروپی شانون و هلدرن و تراکم و نیز با به کارگیری نقشه های موجود و عکس های هوایی و تصاویر ماهواره ایی، به تجزیه و تحلیل چگونگی توسعه فیزیکی شهر وتعیین پهنه ها و محلات شهری با هدف ساماندهی الگوی فیزیکی توسعه و توسعه درونی شهر ملایر می پردازد. براساس نتایج حاصل از یافته های تحقیق، باتوجه به گسترش شکاف عمیق بین ارزش آنتروپی ناشی از رشد افقی و اسپرال شهری، طی دهه های مختلف که خود متأثر از رشد قطاعی شهر می باشد، الگوی توسعه تمرکز درون بافتی با استفاده از افزایش تراکم ساختمانی و الگوی گسترش قطاعی- پیوسته، با توجه به محدودیت فیزیکی به دلیل عوامل طبیعی و وجود زمینهای کشاورزی، به عنوان الگوی توسعه آتی شهر پیشنهاد شده است.Analysis of the Pattern of Urban Expansion in Mid-Range Cities Using Quantitative Models(Case Study: Malayer City)
