Purpose: Considering the role of quality of educational services in the growth and development of society, the present study was conducted to the aim of identifying the factors effecting on assessing the quality of educational services in education. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation was qualitative. The research community included documents related to the quality of educational services and experts in this field including university professors, current and former senior managers and school managers in the seventh district of Tehran education in 2020 year. The research sample included documents and 17 experts according to the principle of theoretical saturation which after reviewing the desired characteristics to inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected by take noting and semi-structured interview methods and to analyze them used from open, axial and selective coding method. Findings: The results showed that for the factors effecting on assessing the quality of educational services were identified 83 open codes in the form of 39 sub-categories and 5 main categories. The five main categories included organization management with 7 sub-categories, organization structure with 9 sub-categories, human resources with 6 sub-categories, comprehensive planning with 9 sub-categories and quality management with 8 sub-categories. Finally, based on the identified categories was designed the conceptual model of research for factors effecting on assessing the quality of educational services in education. Conclusion: The results of this research can help education specialists and planners both to assess the quality of educational services and to improve the quality of educational services in education. As a result, the use of education experts and planners from the conceptual model of current research along with models derived from other research can play an important role in improving the quality of educational services.

Designing an Environmental Behavior Model Based on Learning and Social Responsibility Organization (Case Study of Gorgan Secondary School Teachers)
Purpose: The aim of this study was to design an environmental behavior model based on learning organization and social responsibility among high school teachers in Gorgan. Methodology: The method of this research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection in the category of descriptive research of correlation type and in terms of method in the form of research mixed with exploratory approach. Were done using purposive sampling method and using the principle of maximum diversity to achieve theoretical saturation. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all high school teachers (formal, contract and contract) in Gorgan in the academic year 2019-20, which in this study due to different areas (rural and urban) and suitable for both sexes (female and male) Stratified random sampling with proportional attribution was used and the total sample size was 234 people. In order to measure the variables in the qualitative method, in-depth semi-structured interview was used and in a small part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Confirmatory factor analysis and patterning of structural equations were used to analyze the data and fit indicators were used to determine the fit and validity of the designed patterns using LISREL software. Findings: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 sub-categories were obtained. The main categories are: management and leadership, policy and strategy formulation, training missions, environmental awareness, environmental behavior, responsibility Social and organizational learning orientation. In the quantitative part of the research, to present the model of environmental behavior based on the learning organization and social responsibility, data normality test, sample adequacy test, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis and then structural research model was presented. . Based on the results of the quantitative analysis of the research, all hypotheses and indicators were in good condition. Conclusion: The results of qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews, 7 categories (main category) and 43 categories of results showed the first step towards achieving a model of environmental behavior based on learning organization and social responsibility in high school teachers in Gorgan, perspective study, Philosophy, rules and regulations of educational management of high school schools in Gorgan
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of artistic intelligence components on students' mental health. Methodology: his study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection and quantitative in terms of method. The statistical population was all the first high school students in Sari city in the academic year 20-2019 that according to Krejcie and Morgan table, 361 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of art intelligence with 55 items and mental health of Omidian and Alavi Langroudi with 46 items whose construct validity, using factor analysis method and reliability value through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. 0.94 And 0.92 were calculated. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Findings: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between artistic intelligence and its components (artistic talent, artistic attitude, artistic taste, artistic activity, artistic skills and art economics) with students' mental health. The components of artistic intelligence have a significant impact on mental health, as a total of 57% of students' mental health is explained (predicted). Also, the artistic taste component has the largest share in predicting students' mental health. Conclusion: By creating the necessary opportunities, the necessary grounds for the flourishing of talents and the participation of all talented and artistic students can be provided, and by thanking and appreciating them and awarding prizes on various occasions. , Provided the grounds for their encouragement to develop their artistic skills.

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش رهبری هم افزایی(سینرژی) مبتنی برعملکردآموزشی مدیران در دانشگاههای استان گلستان است.این پژوهش از نظرهدف کاربردی است که با رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) انجام شد.جامعه آماری آن را کلیه مدیران سطوح مختلف دانشگاهی به تعداد 395نفر وروش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای و بر اساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 193نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند.جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه های محقق ساخته رهبری هم افزایی وعملکرد آموزشی مدیران دانشگاههااستفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه ها برای همه متغیرها تایید گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کمی از آزمون tمستقل استفاده شد.یافته ها نشان داد رهبری هم افزایی در ابعاد چهارگانه خود بر عملکرد مدیران دانشگاههای استان گلستان تاثیر دارد. دراین نوع رهبری بعدرفتاررهبری بیشترین تاثیررادرعملکردمدیران دارد. بعدازآن باورها،ارزشهاودیدگاههااثرقابل توجهی برعملکردآموزشی داشته است. ساختارسازمانی و نیروهای بیرونی درجات سوم وچهارم را از نظر تاثیر برعملکرد دارامیباشند. همچنین بهترین عملکردآموزشی مربوط به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان می باشد.
