چکیده
امام معصوم شئونی دارد که اگر مجال ظهور یابد، در سیره امام دیده می شود. تشکیل حکومت از شئون سیاسی امام است که از جهات مختلف قابل بررسی است؛ همچون لزوم تشکیل حکومت توسط معصوم، مبانی حکومتی اسلامی در آیات، روایات و سیره معصومین (ع). مردم نیز در فراهم آوردن شرایط برای ایجاد و استمرار آن می توانند نقش بسزایی داشته باشند. نوشتار حاضر به کیفیت حضور مردم در حکومت علوی و مهدوی می پردازد و به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که مردم در حکومت حضرت علی (ع) و حضرت مهدی، چگونه نقش آفرینی می کنند؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان از آن دارد که حاکم اسلامی در تمام شئون حاکمیتی اثرگذار است. در کنار او، مردم نیز در این مهم دخیل اند و مبانی اسلامی به حضور مردم در عرصه حکومتی مشروعیت می بخشد که در آیات، روایات، سیره معصوم و دلیل عقلی می توان به اثبات آن رسید. همچنین امت، در دو سطح عمومی و خواص، حضور پررنگی دارند و در ایجاد، نظارت، استمرار و مصونیت بخشی به حکومت نقش آفرینی می کنند. از این جهت که انسان برای رسیدن به تکامل خلق شده است. بخشی از مسیر تکامل از فعالیت اجتماعی حاصل می شود. انبیا و ائمه (ع) نیز مردم را آماده می کردند تا به مرتبه ای برسند که مسئولیت های مختلف اجتماعی را به دوش بگیرند. در هر دورانی که مردم این استعداد را بیشتر در خود فراهم کنند، نقش موثرتری خواهند داشت. با توجه به اینکه حکومت امام زمان (عج) جهانی و عدل محور است، مردم را به نقطه اوج تکامل در امور اجتماعی می رساند.How people participate in the Alevi and Mahdavi government with a look at the characteristics of population education

This article deals with the quality of people's participation in Alavi and Mahdavi government and seeks to answer the question, how do people play a role in the government of Hazrat Ali (AS) and Hazrat Mahdi? The findings of the research show that the Islamic ruler is effective in all governance affairs. Along with him, the people are also involved in this matter, and Islamic principles give legitimacy to the presence of the people in the governmental arena, which can be proven in the verses, traditions, innocent way of life, and rational reason. Also, the community has a strong presence at both public and special levels and plays a role in establishing, monitoring, continuing and protecting the government. Because man was created to achieve evolution. In any era, when people provide more of this talent, they will play a more effective role. Considering that the government of Imam Zaman (AS) is global and justice-oriented, it will bring people to the peak of evolution in social affairs.
