چکیده
جهان اسلام در دو قرن اخیر همنشین «آشوب» بوده است. ناامنی، بی نظمی و بحران مداوم اصلی ترین نشانگان آشوب در جهان اسلام است. تمرکز پژوهش حاضر بر مقوله نظم در جهان اسلام است (مسئله). پژوهش حاضر به این پرسش می پردازد که اگر نظم در گستره یک منطقه جغرافیایی مشخصی- نظیر غرب آسیا و یا یک گستره وسیع تر نظیر جهان اسلام- را با استفاده از سطح تحلیل تمدن مورد ارزیابی قرار دهیم، چه صورت بندی از مقوله «نظم» ارائه می دهد؟ (سؤال) به نظر می رسد سطح تحلیل تمدنی در سیاست بین الملل در تقسیم مناطق جهان، طرح جدیدی ارائه می دهد و آن را از دوگانه سطح تحلیل جهانی و سطح تحلیل منطقه ای عبور می دهد (فرضیه). از این رو پویش های درون نظام بین الملل را بر اساس ارائه صورت بندی جدیدی از نظم، قواعد شکل گیری آن و منابع مؤثر در تشکیل آن تبیین می کند. در این پژوهش بر اساس روش تحقیق بنیادی و سطح تحلیل تمدنی (روش)، نظم در جهان اسلام را با توجه به ظهور اشکال مختلف تمدن های اسلامی (و یا جریان های تمدنی) در درون جهان اسلام تحلیل کرده و پویش های رفتاری (همگرا/ واگرا) را بر اساس تقسیم بندی هایراراشیک تمدنی در جهان اسلام تبیین می کند (یافته ها).Civilizational Analysis and Formulation of the Problem of "Order" in the Islamic World
The Islamic world has been a companion of "chaos" in the last two centuries. Insecurity, disorder and constant crisis are the main symptoms of chaos in the Islamic world. The focus of the research is on the category of order in the Islamic world. The research deals with the question that if we evaluate the order in the scope of a specific geographical region - such as West Asia or a wider scope such as the Islamic world - using the level of civilization analysis, what formulation of "order" dose it provide? (question) It seems that the level of civilizational analysis in international politics presents a new plan in the division of world regions and passes it through the double level of global analysis and the level of regional analysis. Therefore, it explains the campaigns within the international system based on presenting a new formulation of the order, the rules of its formation and the effective sources in its formation (hypothesis).
