تبیین اهمیت ارتقای سواد رسانه ای پلیس با تکیه بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی

چکیده
بروز و ظهور رسانه های نوپدید(شبکه ها و پیام رسان های اجتماعی)و رشد و گسترش فناوری های ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی، جوامع را با تحولات و پیامدهای گوناگونی روبرو کرده است.تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی مطابق با بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی نیازمند توجه به ضرورت های آن می باشد. پلیس یکی از نهادهایی است که با توجه به ویژگی ذاتی وظایف خود در کشور، به شکل مستقیم با مردم برخورد و علاوه بر تامین آسایش و امنیت، وظیفه حفظ و حراست از جان، مال و ناموس مردم را بر عهده دارد.رسانه ها در زمانه حاضر به میزانی گسترده و تاثیرگذار شده اند که تلاش تمامی دولت ها و سیاستمداران ارائه راه حل هایی جهت استفاده بهینه از آن است. از مهمترین راه حل های موجود در دنیا ارتقای سواد رسانه ای شهروندان جامعه می باشد.این مطالعه نیز با هدف تبیین و تشریح اهمیت ارتقای سواد رسانه ای پلیس با تکیه بر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری داده ها مقاله ها،کتاب ها و منابع اینترنتی مرتبط با موضوع می باشد. نتایج حاصل از مطالعه نشان داد با توجه به اینکه ارتقای علم و پژوهش، معنویت و اخلاق و سبک زندگی ایرانی-اسلامی از مهمترین توصیه ها در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی می باشد و پلیس به دلیل وظایف شغلی خود همواره در معرض بسیاری از آسیب ها و تهدیدات قرار دارد؛ افزایش دانش کارکنان فراجا و خانواده آنها در زمینه بهره گیری از رسانه ها به خصوص رسانه های نوظهور و همچنین مواجهه فعالانه با پیام های رسانه ای به منظور حفظ معنویت،اخلاق و سبک زندگی ایرانی اسلامی از مهمترین ضرورت های آموزشی کارکنان فراجا برای افزایش بصیرت و پیروزی در جنگ نرم است.Explaining the importance of improving police media literacy based on the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution

The police is one of the institutions that, due to the inherent nature of its duties in the country, deals directly with the people and in addition to providing comfort and security, it is responsible for protecting the life, property and honor of the people. They have become so widespread and effective that the efforts of all governments and politicians is to provide solutions for its optimal use. One of the most important solutions in the world is to improve the media literacy of the society's citizens. This study was also conducted with the aim of explaining and explaining the importance of improving the media literacy of the police based on the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution. The present research method is descriptive-analytical and data collection tools are articles, books and internet resources related to the subject. The results of the study showed that the promotion of science and research, spirituality, morals and the Iranian-Islamic lifestyle is one of the most important recommendations in the statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, and the police are always exposed to many harms and threats due to their job duties Increasing the knowledge of Faraja employees and their families in the field of using media, especially emerging media, as well as actively facing media messages in order to preserve spirituality, morals and Iranian Islamic lifestyle is one of the most important educational needs of Faraja employees to increase insight and win in the soft war
