چکیده
هدف بیان و واکاوی معنی و مفهوم ریاضت، اقسام، مراتب و درجات آن است که مهم ترین مسئله برای رسیدن به سعادت در دین مقدس اسلام، تزکیه نفس و پرورش روح است. از منظر اسلام این تزکیه به وسیله مجاهده با نفس که همان مفهوم ریاضت است، صورت می پذیرد. با توجه به هجوم نحله های دروغین عرفانی شرقی و غربی در جامعه امروز، و انحراف از اسلام اصیل، این پژوهش برآن است تا با ارائه نگاهی عمیق از دیدگاه اسلام و تبیین جایگاه ریاضت در آموزه های آن، روش صحیح برای هر گونه اقدامی در این راستا را تشریح کند که ریاضت تنها در محدوده شریعت و در بستر دستورات الهی تضمین شده است و چنین ریاضتی است که می تواند سالک را به مراتب بلند عرفانی برساند. در این مقاله سعی شده با رویکرد تحلیلی، نظری و با استفاده از نظرات مفسران و متون دینی، به بررسی مفهوم ریاضت و موانع و آفات آن و پرداخته شود. یافته ها نشان داد که برای رسیدن به قرب الهی باید با ریاضت مشروع، جلوی هواهای نفسانی و شیطان را گرفت و مهار و کنترل نفس را با تدبیر و تعقل پیش گرفت تا انسان به فلاح و رستگاری برسد.Austerity; Varieties, Degrees, and Levels
