تغییر رویکرد از ژئوپلیتیک به ژئواکونومی در منطقه غرب آسیا و راهبردهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
قلمروهای ژئواستراتژیک قبل از دو جنگ جهانی براساس اهداف نظامی ترسیم می گردید در نتیجه مناطق ژئوپلیتیک نیز می بایست توجیه کننده و در بردارنده اهداف و برنامه های نظامی می بودند و به همین علت به محض احساس کوچک ترین تغییر و تحول در ساختار نظام ژئوپلیتیکی هر کشور ایجاد درگیری نظامی و توسل به زور گریزناپذیر بود. به مرور زمان و پس از فروپاشی بلوک شرق و بوجود آمدن تغییرات و تحولات جدید در مقوله امنیت و مباحث استراتژیک و غلبه اهداف اقتصادی سیاسی بر موضوعات صرفاً سیاسی ساختارهای نظام های ژئوپلیتیکی به سمت تبدیل شدن به ژئواکونومی در حال حرکت می باشند از این رو قلمروهای ژئواستراتژیک حتی فرسنگ ها دورتر از مرزهای سرزمینی باید توجیهی اقتصادی- نظامی داشته باشد. این چرخش قابل ملاحظه ای است که ما امروزه شاهد تغییر در استراتژی های گوناگون قدرت ها به ویژه ایالات متحده آمریکا هستیم و روی همین اصل برای اولین بار دراواخر قرن دهه 90 میلادی واژه ژئواکونومی مطرح شد که برخی به اشتباه آن را جایگزین ژئوپلیتیک می دانند و گروهی هم به اشتباه فکر می کنند که دوران ژئوپلیتیک به سر آمده و دوران ژئواکونومیک مطرح است. در حالی که این یک اشتباه در تعبیر مفاهیم است زیرا واژه ژئواکونومی در واقع تغییر نام و هدف ژئواستراتژی است. به تعبیر صحیح تر در مفهوم ژئواکونومی، اهداف با دخل تصرف در استراتژی های اقتصادی، با بهره گیری از بستر ژئوپلیتیک به اهداف استراتژیک تغییر شکل داده اند.Changing the approach from geopolitics to geoeconomy in the West Asian region and the strategies of the Islamic Republic of Iran

This is a remarkable turn that we are witnessing today a change in the various strategies of the powers, especially the United States of America, and on this principle, the word geoeconomy was proposed for the first time at the end of the 1990s, which some mistakenly consider to be a substitute for geopolitics, and another group mistakenly They think that the era of geopolitics is over and the era of geoeconomics is in question. While this is a mistake in the interpretation of concepts because the word geoeconomy is actually a change in the name and purpose of geostrategy. In a more correct interpretation in the concept of geo-economics, the goals have been transformed into strategic goals by taking advantage of the geopolitical platform by interfering in the economic strategies.
