چکیده
معاونت زنان در قتل عمد گرچه به نظر می رسد ماهیت یکسانی داشته باشد اما در واقع با دلایل و انگیزه های مختلفی صورت می گیرد. زنانی که در قتل عمد مردان مزاحم معاونت داشته اند، کسانی هستند که مورد آزار و اذیت مردان مزاحم (مقتول) قرار گرفته و با در میان گذاردن موضوع با همسران شان و با مباشرت آن ها، مرتکب معاونت در قتل عمد مرد مزاحم شده اند. این پژوهش یا هدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر معاونت زنان در قتل عمد مرد مزاحم انجام گرفته است. تکنیک مورد استفاده در این تحقیق، مشاهده و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته و روش آن، نظریه مبنایی بوده است. جهت دستیابی به مشخصات فردی زندانیان از پرونده شخصیت آنان استفاده گردیده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، 6 نفر از زنانی هستند که به جرم معاونت در قتل عمد مرد مزاحم در سال 1397 در ندامتگاه شهر ری بوده اند. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر این است که سه دسته از عوامل علی، زمینه ای و مداخله گر در معاونت زنان در قتل عمد تأثیر داشته اند که عوامل علی عبارتند از: پای بند نبودن مرد مزاحم به اصول اخلاقی، باورهای متعصبانه و ناموس پرستی شوهر. شرایط زمینه ای عبارتند از: مهاجرت و حاشیه نشینی، بدرفتاری با زن. شرایط مداخله گر عبارتند از: کتمان حقیقت از طرف زن به دلیل ترس از رفتارهای تند و خشن همسر، اجبار و تحکم شوهر برای همکاری زن در قتل عمد مرد مزاحم. استراتژی های کنش (راهبرد) عبارتند از: قتل و رفتارهای خشونت آمیز نسبت به دیگران که پیامدهایی مانند محکومیت زن ها و وضعیت نامساعدشان، مجازات شوهر به عنوان مباشر در قتل عمد و وضعیت نابسامان فرزندان را به همراه داشته است.Analyzing the factors affecting women's participation in the intentional murder of a disturbing man
Although women's involvement in intentional homicide seems to have the same nature, it is actually done with different reasons and motivations. Women who assisted in the intentional murder of disturbing men are those who were harassed by disturbing men (killed) and by sharing the matter with their husbands and under their supervision, they committed the act of assisting in the intentional killing of disturbing men. This research aims to identify the factors affecting women's participation in the intentional murder of a disturbing man. The technique used in this research is observation and semi-structured interviews, and its method is grounded theory. In order to obtain the personal characteristics of the prisoners, their personal files have been used. The statistical population of this research is 6 women who were in Ray Shahr Penitentiary in 2017 for the crime of aiding in the intentional murder of a disturbing man. The findings of the research show that three categories of causal, contextual and intervening factors have had an effect on women's involvement in intentional homicide, which causal factors are: the disturbing man's non-adherence to moral principles, fanatical beliefs and honor worship of the husband. Background conditions include: migration and marginalization, mistreatment of women. The intervening conditions are: concealment of the truth by the woman due to the fear of her husband's harsh and violent behavior, coercion and domination by the husband for the woman's cooperation in the deliberate murder of the annoying man. Action strategies include: murder and violent behavior towards others, which have consequences such as the condemnation of women and their unfavorable situation, the punishment of the husband as a steward in intentional murder, and the disorderly situation of children.
