چکیده
صلح و همزیستی در پناه امنیت، از بنیان های اصلی هر تمدن و ملّتی است و از دیرباز تئوری پردازان به عنوان یکی از آرمانی ترین شاخصه ها ی «مدینه فاضله» به آن پرداخته اند. امروز نیز آنچنان مورد توجه است که حقوق دانان و سیاستمداران را، در حیطه بین المللی یا منطقه ای، برانگیخته تا به لوازم قانونی و اجرایی آن بیاندیشند و راه کارهایی را جهت تحقق آن ارایه کنند. اما باید دانست که آنچه در این تلاش ها مغفول مانده، توجه به تعالیم وحیانی است. در وضع موجود جهانی، رویکرد منفی به اندیشه دینی، در هر دو گستره روابط فردی و تعاملاتِ اجتماعی، حسّ هایِ نازل بشری را بر حسّ هایِ متعال او چیره کرده و اِعمال انگیزه های طبیعی نظیر: حبّ ذات، استخدام منافع دیگران در خدمت نفعِ خود و میل عبور از محدودیت ها را لجام گسیخته کرده است؛ در صورتی که اگر باور دینی در نخبگان حقوقی و سیاسی نهادینه بود، آثار فراوانی در تمام زمینه ها را به مثابه یک پیکر واحد به همراه داشت، چیزی که اکنون چون حلقه مفقوده ای است.Adherence to the teachings of the Quran from Allameh Tabatabaee’s perspective
Abstract
Coexist in peace and security protection is of the core foundation of any civilized nation. And from a long time theorists have dealt with it as one of the most ideal indicators "utopia". Today also, it is such an attractive matter that excites the lawyers and politicians in the international or regional area to think about its legal and administrative instruments and to present strategies for realizing it. But it is to be known what has been neglected in these efforts, is considering the revealed teachings. In the current global situation, negative approach to religious thought, both in the range of interpersonal relationships and social interaction, has made the human cheap senses overcome his eminent senses, and has caused unbridled status in natural impulses such as individualism, exploiting the others’ interests in the service of one’s benefits and the desire to exceed the restrictions. If the belief was institutionalized in law and political elite, it would lead to numerous works in all areas as a unit something that is now as a missing loop.
