چکیده
پاسخگویی در دین اسلام اهمیت و جایگاهی بس والا دارد و خداوند متعال در آیات فراوانی در قرآن کریم اهمیت آن را به پیامبر و مردم گوشزد می نماید. رهبران جامعه اسلامی از جمله پیامبر بزرگ اسلام بعنوان اولین رهبر جامعه اسلامی همیشه خود را مقید به آن می دانست و همچنین گونه ها و جلوه های پاسخگویی در سخنان و سیره علی (ع) در حد اعلای آن قابل مشاهده است. امروزه این موضوع بعنوان یکی از اصول اصلی حکمرانی مطلوب در نظام بین الملل مطرح است که ما در این مقاله در پی اثبات این موضوع هستیم که آیا پاسخگویی که، به عنوان مولفه حکمرانی مطلوب از منظر نظام بین الملل مطرح میباشد در قرآن کریم و درسخنان امام علی (ع) و گزارش های تاریخی معطوف به شیوه کشور داری آن حضرت به شکلی صریح، قابل ردیابی است؟Good governance point of view of the Quran and Nahj-al-lbalagha with emphasis on accountability
Accountability in Islam is important and has special place that God reminds it to the prophet, people and many leaders of Islamic society in many verses of the Holy Quran, and the prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as the first leader of Islamic society always regarded it. Also the different kinds and forms of accountability are observable in the speeches and behaviors of Imam Ali (PBUH). Nowadays accountability is considered as one of the main principles of good governance in the international system. In this paper we are going to prove that accountability which is as component of good governance from the international system’s point of view is traceable clearly in the Holy Quran and Imam Ali’s speeches and historical reports related to the way of his governing and ruling.
