چکیده
در مباحث نقد ادبی سنت، و نوگرایی(مدرنیسم) یکی از اصلی ترین مسائل در حوزه هنر و ادبیات است. به ویژه در جوامعی که دوره گذار را طی می کنند، دشوارترین و در عین حال تکنیکی ترین مسأله است؛ به خصوص پیوند سنّت و نوگرایی. با ظهور آشکارای شعر نو در عرصه ادبیات فارسی چهره های سرشناسی پای در میدان نوپردازی نهادند که یکی از بارزترین این چهره ها هوشنگ ابتهاج (ه.الف.سایه) بود. شاعری که می توان گفت به ایجاد نوعی اتحاد و همبستگی محکم میان سنّت و مدرنیسم دست یافته است و این پیوند را در اشعارش به وضوح می توان دید. مقاله حاضر با بررسی اشعار ابتهاج جلوه های سنّت گرایی و نوگرایی در اشعار وی، و چگونگی پیوند این دو مقوله متمایز می پردازد؛ و نشان خواهد داد که هوشنگ ابتهاج نه مخالف سنت است و نه مخالف مدرنیته، بلکه در جهت پیوند میان آن دو از هیچ تلاشی فروگذار نیست.Ebtehaj transition to modernity in poetry and comparison with Western modernity
