چکیده
هدف این پژوهش مقایسه کمال گرایی، الکسی تایمی و سلامت روان در بین بیماران مبتلا به سندرم روده تحریک پذیر (IBS) و افراد سالم مراجعه کننده به مطب های گوارش شهر اهواز است که در تابستان و پاییز 1388 اجرا شد. نمونه ی پژوهش حاضر 144 نفر، شامل 72 بیمار مبتلا به IBS و 72 فرد سالمی بود که به عنوان همراه بیمار در مطب حضور داشتند و با تکمیل فرمAPS ، TAS-20و GHQ در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. جهت آزمون فرضیه ها از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری در سطح معنی داری 05/0 P<استفاده شد. یافته ها بیانگر این بود که بیماران IBS از نظر این سه ویژگی با افراد سالم تفاوت معنی دار دارند، به طوری که افراد بیمار در مقایسه با افراد سالم، کمال گراتر و الکسی تایمی کم تر بوده و از سلامت روان پایین تری برخوردارند.Comparison of Personality Traits, Perfectionism, Alexithymia and Mental Health of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Patients and Healthy Population in Ahvaz
The aim of the present study was to compare perfectionism, alexithymia and mental health between patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and healthy population in Clients of Ahvaz clinics of digestive diseases. The participants consisted of 72 patients and 72 healthy individual selected from retinue of patients. All patients were clinically investigated by a gastroenterologist for IBS. Psychological variables were measured by the TAS-20, APS and GHQ Quesstionnaires. Differences between two groups were significant in Alexithymia, Perfectionism and mental health. Scores of Alexithymia, mean scores of Perfectionism and mental health problems were significantly higher in patients group than normal group.
