چکیده
امروزه در رویکردها و ضرورت های زندگی اجتماعی کنونی حفظ نظم عمومی منطقه ای به عنوان یک رویکرد و اولویت غیرقابل انکار است که دولت به نمایندگی از مردم آنرا به پلیس تنفیذ کرده است که در رویکرد تحقیقاتی ما به دنبال این مسئله هستیم که علاوه بر مفروض دانستن این ضرورت باید مقید بدین نتیجه نیز باشیم این قدرت تنفیذی به پلیس باید چهارچوب مند و در راستای حفظ ارتقاء امنیت در تمامی ابعاد آن باشد.با رویکردی توصیفی تحلیلی و روش اسنادی و کتابخانه ای در پی یافتن این سؤال هستیم نقش پلیس به عنوان متولی ارتقاء امنیت عمومی به چه مؤلفه هایی بستگی دارد؟ به نظر می رسد با حفظ قانون و حقوق شهروندی و به نوعی امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه به صورت بسیار محسوسی امنیت عمومی نیز ارتقاء می یابد. این رابطه ها در رویکردهای توصیفی تحلیلی به خوبی نمایان است. که پلیس می تواند با چنین گزاره هایی راندمان کاری خود را در ارتقای امنیت اجتماعی با کمترین هزینه به بالاترین سطح برساند.The role of the police in promoting public security with an emphasis on social security and citizen rights
