چکیده
گردشگری آمیزه ای از فعالیت های مختلف است که به صورت زنجیره ای در جهت خدمت رسانی به گردشگران انجام می گیرد و یکی از این بخش ها، مجتمع های گردشگری است که با ارائه خدمات گوناگون رفاهی و ... می تواند عاملی در جهت جذب گردشگر و توسعه گردشگری یک منطقه باشد. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، به دنبال برنامه ریزی فضایی راهبردی، تحلیل و بررسی توان های طبیعی و انسانی و مکان یابی مجتمع های گذران اوقات فراغت در جهت تسهیل خدمات گردشگری در منطقه 22 تهران است. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از دو روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و مطالعه میدانی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان گردشگری در سازمان های ذیربط شهر تهران است. برای تحلیل داده ها از مدل تحلیل سوات و تکنیک های هم پوشانی فازی ومدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) با کمک نرم افزار (Excel) و (GIS) استفاده گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که طبق تحلیل های سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی، مهمترین مکانهای احداث مجتمع های گذران اوقات فراغت براساس ضوابط حرائم تأسیسات شهری، بهداشتی، حمل و نقل، اجتماعی-اقتصادی و کالبدی، عمدتاً باید در بخش های شمالی و غربی منطقه در نظر گرفته شوند. در این رابطه، مهمترین نقاط قوت و ضعف داخلی به ترتیب با امتیاز430% و 504%- و مهمترین فرصت ها و تهدیدهای خارجی با امتیاز 448% و 525%- است.Strategic spatial planning of leisure complexes (Case study: District 22 of Tehran City)
Tourism is a group of activities that take place in a chain to help tourists and one of these parts is the tourist centers that, through the provision of various services, and can be a factor in attracting tourists and developing tourism in the region. This thesis seeks a descriptive and analytical method for strategic spatial planning, analysis, and the study of natural and human capabilities and the location of leisure complexes to facilitate tourism services in Tehran's 22nd area. Two methods were used for office studies and field study to obtain the information. The statistical community includes tourism experts in organizations related to the city of Tehran. For data analysis, SWOT analysis model, fuzzy interference techniques, and graded analysis model (AHP) with the help of Excel and GIS software were used. The results showed that according to the analysis of GIS, the most important places for the construction of leisure complexes based on the criteria of urban facilities, health, transportation, socio-economic and constructions, must be taken into account mainly in the north and west parts of the region. In this regard, the most important internal strengths and weaknesses are 0.430 and -0.504, respectively and the most important external opportunities and threats are 0.448 and -0.525.
