چکیده
بافت کالبدی روستاهای ایران ، دارای الگوهای بصری و زیبا شناختی، بوده و در این میان، بافت کالبدی برخی از روستاهای کشور به دلیل برخورداری از ویژگی های خاص معماری، تاریخی و فرهنگی به عنوان میراثی ارزشمند و بجای مانده از نیاکان ما به شمار می رود می تواند محیطی مطلوب و جذاب برای روستاییان، با جذب بیشتر گردشگران به رونق و توسعه صنعت گردشگری در این روستاها کمک فراوانی بنمایند. لذا هدف از این مقاله نیز بررسی تأثیر بهسازی بافت های با ارزش روستایی در توسعه پایدار صنعت گردشگری، شناخت محدودیت ها و پتانسیل های گردشگری منطقه در زمینه های اقتصادی،اجتماعی و کالبدی و زیست محیطی و ارائه راهکارهایی برای توسعه صنعت گردشگری در روستاهای مورد مطالعه می باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش تبیین و بررسی آن توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی بوده است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه ای و مطالعات میدانی استفاده شده است. مطالعات میدانی، از طریق طراحی و تکمیل پرسشنامه از دو گروه نمونه از روستائیان (186نفر) و گردشگران (۱20 نفر) روستای آبشار بیشه که به طور تصادفی انتخاب شده اند صورت گرفته و با استفاده از آزمون خی دو و تحلیل واریانس به تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که بهسازی بافت با ارزش روستایی نقش مؤثری در توسعه پایدارصنعت گردشگری در روستای مورد نظر داشته ولی جهت رسیدن به اهداف مورد نیاز می بایستی توجه ویژه در سایر بخشها نظیر اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اقتصادی و زیست محیطی انجام گیرد.Investigating the Effect of Improving the Tourism Target Villages on the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism (A Case Study of Abshar Bisheh Village of Khorramabad)
The physical texture of Iranian villages has visual and aesthetic patterns, and in the meantime, the physical texture of some villages of the country is considered as a valuable heritage and remains of our ancestors due to its special architectural, historical and cultural features. It can be a favorable and attractive environment for the villagers which attracts more tourists to help the prosperity and development of the tourism industry in these villages. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of improving the value of rural tissues on the sustainable development of the tourism industry, and to recognize the limitations and potentials of tourism in the region in economic, social, physical and environmental fields and also to suggest some solutions for tourism industry development in the villages. This applied research was a descriptive-analytical and survey kind of study. Library and field studies have been used to gather information. Field studies were conducted by designing and completing a questionnaire from two sample groups of villagers (186 people) and tourists (220 people) of Abshar Bisheh village, who were randomly selected and analyzed using chi-square test and variance analysis. The results of the study indicated that the improvement of rural value tissue has played an effective role in the sustainable development of tourism industry in the village, but in order to achieve the required goals, special attention should be paid to other sectors such as social, cultural, economic and environmental ones.
