ارزیابی اثرات حکمروایی بر توسعه گردشگری روستایی، مطالعه موردی: شهرستان نیر (مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثرات حکمروایی بر توسعه گردشگری روستایی شهرستان نیر انجام شده است. ماهیت این تحقیق کاربردی، روش اجرای آن توصیفی- تحلیلی؛ و نوع آن، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را ساکنان روستاهای کورعباسلو و سقزچی (دارای گردشگر) و روستاهای رضاقلی قشلاقی و شیرین بلاغ (فاقدگردشگر) تشکیل می دهند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به تعداد 250 نفر (250 پرسشنامه در روستاهای دارای گردشگر و 250 پرسشنامه در روستاهای فاقدگردشگر) تعیین شده است. روایی صوری پرسش نامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مطالعه راهنما در منطقه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد30 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت و با داده های کسب شده و استفاده از فرمول ویژه کرونباخ آلفا در نرم افزار SPSS، کرونباخ برای بخش های مختلف پرسش نامه 85/0 الی93/0 محاسبه شد. آزمون آماری مورد استفاده آزمون T مستقل می باشد. هم چنین با استفاده از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسشنامه 922/0 محاسبه شده است. نتایج تحلیل آزمون T مستقل نشان گر وجود ارتباط بین شاخص های حکمروایی و توسعه گردشگری روستایی با سطح معنی داری 000/0 می باشد.Evolution of the Effects of Governance on the Development of Rural Tourism, Case Study: Nir County
Good governance and rural tourism are integral pillars for innovation in rural tourism and ultimately its success. This paper investigates the governance of the development of rural tourism in the County of Nir, Ardabil province, Iran, through a stakeholders' workshop where success factors for rural tourism in rural development were categorized as: governance, human resources, investments, research, marketing, communication and co-ordination. This study is descriptive - analytical in terms of research methods, practical in terms of nature and is a library and field kind of research in terms of the type of data collection. Sample size was determined based on the Cochran’s formula and the required data were collected through questionnaires. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha (0.92). the results of the independent t-test indicated that the relationship between governance indicators and the development of rural tourism. Finally, according to research findings practical suggestions are presented.
