چکیده
امروزه صنعت گردشگری جایگاه خاصی در اقتصاد کشورها دارد و نقش فعال و موثری در ارتقاء ساختار اقتصادی-اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشورها به خصوص در کشورهای روبه توسعه ایفا می کند.گردشگری اگرچه یک صنعت است ولی بیشترین تبادلات فرهنگی در آن انجام می گیرد.گردشگری در فرایند توسعه پایدار،نقش اساسی دارد و این مسیری است که ایران درآن از مزیت های مناسبی برخوردار است.پژوهش حاضر که از نوع پژوهش کاربردی توصیفی است با استفاده از روش های کتابخانه ای و مطالعات میدانی ،ضمن شناسایی نقاط قوت ،ضعف ها با استفاده از مدل کیفی SWOT، برنامه های راهبردی و اجرایی جهت توسعه پایدار گردشگری ارائه می شود. وبه بررسی و ارزیابی وضعیت موجود و توانمندی ها و محدودیت های توسعه گردشگری شهر تبریز می پردازد.و در نهایت از آزمون Tتک نمونه ای برای آزمون فرضیه های مربوط به متغیرهای مستقل و آزمون فریدمن جهت رتبه بندی وضعیت مطلوب مؤلفه های مورد مطالعه استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دهنده ناکارآمدی سیستم حمل و نقل درون شهری در راستای توسعه گردشگری شهری، کم توجهی به جاذبه های فرهنگی و هنری،کمبود پارکینگ مجهز و کافی در بافت تاریخی،کم توجهی به مبلمان شهری وهمچنین زیباسازی جاذبه های گردشگری،نبود مدیریت و برنامه ریزی در امور مربوط به گردشگری توسط سازمان های شهری و گردشگری می باشد.An Analysis of Tourism Development Capabilities in Tabriz Using SWOT Model
Tourism industry has a special place in the national economy and plays an active and effective role in promoting socio-economic structure and culture of the country, especially in developing countries.Although tourism is an industry, it depends more on cultural communications.Tourism is fundamental in sustainable development and this trend in Iran is advantagous. A descriptive analytic research using library and field studies was implemented to achieve the goals of the study. In order to review and assess the current situation and the capabilities and limitations of tourism development in Tabriz, one-sample T-test for independent variables and Friedman test were used to rank the components of the desired situations.The results of the study showed the ineffectiveness of the urban transportation system in the development of urban tourism. Also the study confirmed the effectiveness of paying attention to the artistic and cultural attractions, parking and lack of adequate historical places, paying less attention to urban structure, as well as beautification of tourist attractions, lack of management and planning in matters of urban tourism agencies and tourism development.
