چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تبیین مؤلفه های مهارتهای نرم آموزشی در توسعه حرفه ای اعضای هیئت علمی تراز دانشگاه اسلامی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون بود که به شیوه استقرایی، مؤلفه ها شناسایی و استخراج شدند. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی و فرهنگیان بوشهر بودند که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و رویکرد اشباع نظری، 25 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که در نهایت، شبکه مضامین با استفاده از روش آتریاد- استرلینگ کدگذاری و ترسیم شد. روایی پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک ممیزی کردن از سوی داوران تأیید شد. برای محاسبه پایایی، کدگذاری داده ها در دو مرحله انجام گرفت که با استفاده از روش هولستی، 94 درصد به دست آمد. یافته ها: پس از کدگذاری و تحلیل داده ها، تعداد 144 مضمون پایه، 14 مضمون سازمان دهنده و پنج مضمون فراگیر استخراج شد که شامل «مهارت رهبری»، «مهارت توسعه فردی»، «مهارت کارآفرینی»، «مهارت اخلاق حرفه ای» و «مهارت ارتباطی» بود. نتیجه گیری: شناسایی و به کارگیری مهارتهای نرم به عنوان مهارتهای قرن بیست و یکم در نظام آموزش عالی در جهت اقتدار و مرجعیت علمی اهمیت فراوان دارد.Identifying the Components of Soft Skills of Professional Development of Faculty Members of Islamic University
Objectives: The authors of the article aim to identify and explain the components of soft educational skills in the professional development of faculty members of the Islamic University. Method: The research was qualitative and content analysis method in which the components were identified and extracted inductively. Participants in the study were faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities and Culturalists of Bushehr who were selected based on purposive sampling and theoretical saturation approach. The research tool was a semi-structured interview in which the network of topics was finally coded and plotted using the Atriad-Sterling method. The validity of the study was confirmed by the judges using the auditing technique. To calculate the reliability, the data were coded in two steps, which was obtained using the Holstay method of 94%. Results: After coding and data analysis, 144 basic themes, 14 organizing themes and 5 comprehensive themes were extracted, which include; "Leadership skills", "Personal development skills", "Entrepreneurship skills", "Professional ethics skills" and "Communication skills". Conclusion: Identifying and applying soft skills as the skills of the 21st century in the higher education system is of great importance for scientific authority and authority.
