چکیده
ساختار جمعیتی در پیرامون شهر ها و بافت سکونتگاهی پرتراکم، شکل بنیادین و جدیدی را در جهت بهبود بخشی به زندگی شهری مطالبه می کند، شناخت این فرم از نیازها در قالب توسعه مندی از دیدگاه پیراشهرنشینان باعث برنامه ریزی و سیاست گذاری صحیح در فضاهای شهری و پیراشهری می شود. بدین منظور برای درک معنای توسعه و تجربه زیسته افراد در فضاهای پیراشهری با روش پدیدارشناسی 43 نفر از پیراشهرنشینان (به مرحله اشباع نظری رسید) مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته اجرا شد. یافته های پژوهش از طریق نرم افزار MAXQDA 2020 مورد رصد قرار گرفت و همچنین در فرایند نهایی سازی جهت روایی و شفافیت انعکاس مقوله نهایی از نرم افزار ATLAS.ti 7.5 استفاده شد، یافته ها نشان دادند که پیراشهرنشینان فهم معنای توسعه در فضاهای پیراشهری را به مثابه پیشرفت محوری، اخلاق محوری، شفاف محوری، کیفیت محوری و روان محوری، تعبیر می کنند از دیدگاه پیراشهرنشینان توجه به مناطق پیراشهری از طریق مؤلفه های اشاره شده باعث از حاشیه درآمدی این مناطق خواهد شد. همچنین چرخش مؤلفه های میانی از طریق یک بسط تئوریک ساختار شکل گیری منش قدرتمندانه شهری را بر پایه این پژوهش شناسایی و تنظیم شد. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش پیشنهاد می شود مؤلفه های بهره مندی اکثریت جامعه، فراگیری دانش، بالا رفتن سطح اطلاعات مردم و افزایش مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر مبنای رویکرد مشارکتی افزایی در جهت تعادل بخشی سکونتگاه های پیراشهری در دستورکار قرار گیرد.The Meaning of Development in Suburban Areas; a Phenomenological Study

Phenomenological method was used to conduct in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 43 suburban dwellers. Findings show that suburban dwellers understand the meaning of development in the suburbs as developoriented, ethics-oriented, transparent-oriented, quality-oriented and psycho-oriented. From the point of view of urban residents, paying attention to urban areas through the mentioned components will cause the income margin of these areas. Also, the rotation of intermediate components through a theoretical expansion of the structure of the formation of a powerful urban character was identified and adjusted based on this research.
