چکیده
اعتماد اجتماعی از عناصر مهم سرمایه اجتماعی و از پیش نیازهای اساسی توسعه و حرکت به سوی مدرنیته است. نهاد دانشگاه بمثابه نهاد توسعه گرا و دموکراتیک میتواند جهت دهنده سیر پیشرفت و تحول جامعه باشد و نگرش ها و ارزش های هر یک از ارکان آن به ویژه دانشجویان که هم از لحاظ پویایی و هم از لحاظ تعداد نسبت به دو رکن دیگر نهاد دانشگاه یعنی اساتید و یاوران علمی اغلب جوانتر و پویاتر و به تعداد بیشترند؛ اهمیت قابل توجهی پیدا میکند. به دلیل همین اهمیت؛ در تحقیق حاضر به سنجش اعتماد اجتماعی و آزمون رابطه آن با سرمایه جمعی و دسترسی و پاسخگویی نهادی بر اساس نظریه زتومکا در میان دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور با روش پیمایش در جامعه آماری 12000 نفری (دانشگاه پیام تور مرکز غرب) و با حجم نمونه 372 نفر پرداخته ایم. یافته های تحقیق رابطه بین متغیرهای عاملیتی (سرمایه جمعی) و ساختاری (ارزیابی دسترسی و پاسخگویی نهادی) با اعتماد اجتماعی که منطبق با نظریه رتومکا است؛ را اثبات می کنند. یافته قابل تأمل تحقیق سطح پائین اعتماد اجتماعی دانشجویان است به طوریکه 1/97 درصد دانشجویان اعتماد اجتماعی متوسط رو به پائین و تنها 9/2 درصد دانشجویان از اعتماد اجتماعی بالایی برخوردارند که به نظر میرسد از جو اجتماعی پرتنش و بحران زده کشور تأثیر میپذیرد. با توجه به مسائل ناشی از روند رو به گسترش کاهش اعتماد اجتماعی، جای نگرانی است که دستگاههای سیاستگذار در دهه های اخیر توجه برنامه ریزی شده و عملیاتی چندانی به این مهم نشان نداده اند. بیم آن می رود که بحران های اجتماعی گریبانگر جامعه از سویی و فساد اداری دهشتناک جاری در نظام اجتماعی و مدیریتی کشور به نهادینه سازی بی اعتمادی و فاصله گیری هر چه بیشتر از الزامات زندگی مدرن و به سخن دیگر توسعه گریزی دانشجویان که در واقع حاملان اصلی توسعه باید باشند، منجر شود.The issue of social trust among students (Case study: students of Payame Noor University -Tehran)

The university institution as a developmental and democratic institution can guide the progress and development of society and the attitudes and values of each of its pillars, especially students, both in terms of dynamics and number of other elements of the university institution. That is, faculty and staff are often younger, more dynamic, and more numerous; It is of considerable importance. The variable of access to institutions has the greatest impact on the variable of social trust and the variables of religiosity, having a healthy family, students' assessment of the response rate of institutions and the rate of access to institutions have about 46% of the change in social trust. The research findings are low level of students' social trust, so that 97.1% of students have moderate to low social trust and only 2.9% of students have high social trust, which seems to be affected by the tense and crisis atmosphere.
