Background: Given the rapid development of social networks and advances in electronic devices, many businesses have emerged in the context of sharing economy. Since the sharing economy is a peer-to-peer business model, ethical issues and creating value play a significant role. Most research on value creation in the sharing economy has not addressed how value is created for all actors in the sharing economy. This paper aims to examine all participants in the sharing economy to develop a value creation framework. This research also investigates the role of ethical concepts, including customer empathy, customer and service provider citizenship behaviour, and extra-role value behaviour in this framework. Method: The method includes a qualitative study with a grounded theory approach. The statistical population consists of three different stakeholders (managers, providers, and customers) in the tourism industry of Iran. This study employed purposive and theoretical sampling. The sample consists of 34 in-depth interviews. The data is analysed with a grounded theory approach using MAXQDA software. Results: The research findings lead to a value creation model in the sharing economy with respect to ethical issues such as customer empathy, citizenship behaviour, and extra-role behaviour considering all participants in the sharing economy. Conclusion: Findings have helped to bridge the gaps in the theory. INTRODUCTION: A good organizational citizen is a thought and idea that includes various behaviors of employees such as accepting and assuming additional duties and responsibilities, following organizational rules and procedures, maintaining and developing a positive attitude, being patient, and tolerating dissatisfaction and problems in the workplace. The increase in the level of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the organization makes the organization an attractive environment for work. In other words, the desired level of OCBs affects the improvement of the performance of employees and, in general, the organization. The Iranian Red Crescent Society is one of the human-centered organizations, and observing the indicators of citizenship behavior is one of the effective factors in the success of its performance. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the OCB from a social perspective in the Iranian Red Crescent Society. METHODS: The present applied study was conducted based on an exploratory qualitative approach. The statistical population of this study consisted of all managers and employees of the Iranian Red Crescent Society. The required data were collected using in-depth semi-structured interviews, which reached saturation after holding 14 interviews. To analyze the data, content analysis, meta-synthesis, and fuzzy Delphi methods using grounded theory were applied. The MAXQDA software (version 10) was used in the theory analysis process. FINDINGS: In this study, the results were classified into 78 concepts, 14 sub-criteria, and 2 main criteria, including the dimensions of citizenship behavior and the consequences of citizenship behavior. The most important dimensions of OCB consisted of the categories of helpful behaviors, individual creativity, organizational obedience, organizational loyalty, chivalry, civic virtue, and personal growth. CONCLUSION: The results of data analysis showed that the categories of increasing performance productivity and effectiveness, promoting positive relationships among employees, boosting efficiency in resource allocation, reducing maintenance costs, creating the necessary flexibility for innovation, improving customer service, using rare resources effectively were the most important consequences of observing OCB from a social perspective in the IRCS.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational justice on the relationship between organizational policy and organizational citizenship behavior of sports experts in Tehran Municipality. The statistical population of the present study was all the experts of 22 districts of Tehran Municipality (N= 1800) and the statistical sample according to Cochran's formula was equal to 317 people. Finally, out of 350 distributed questionnaires, 323 questionnaires were found to be valid. A four-part questionnaire was used to collect the research data. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 5 experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used in the pilot study for assessing the reliability of the research tool. Conducting Pearson correlation test as well as structural equation modeling through SPSS and LISREL software were used to examine the research hypotheses. The results of Pearson test showed a negative and significant relationship between organizational policy and organizational citizenship behavior (-0.51) and regression analysis of the study showed that 32% of changes in citizenship behavior could be predicted by organizational justice and organizational policy variables (32/32). Testing the research model revealed the indirect effect (mediated by perceived organizational justice) and direct effect of perceived organizational policy on organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, the coefficient of direct impact (-0.183) of perceived policy on organizational citizenship behavior was found to be more than its indirect effect (-0.705).
