This paper tries to systematically survey, with taking theoretical view on geomorphic basin and its changes into account. The purpose of this research is to determine the balance and stability of geomorphic basins from the past to present and then to future. Consequently, it tries to determine the balance between energy and input-output materials for example (rainfall , solar radiation, tectonics and neotectonics …) to the basin based cybernetics (including geomorphic, topographic and geological state) and also to calculate energy and material balance considering positive and negative entropy at basin level. Based on the findings, which is the outcome of cybernetic resultant between form and process in basin, we can determine stability and type of balance in the basin. In this paper, emphasis has been put only on rainfall (express of the energy exponent). However, it first discusses Kor Basin Geomorphic locations and Energy-Material Entropy on its surface and then Quantity form of energy (Isolated & Potential Energy). Considering geomorphic state of the basin, we can determine the best planning method from all systems (planning, risk management and crisis management) for basin that neither requires a great cost nor causes disturbance in stability and geomorphic balance while being the optimal process. In Kor geo planning, we are encountering and determining two dimentions: (Y dimension, for geomorphic change for example throughput topogeraphy geradient formations on Kor Basin and X dimension, for rainfall discharge range on Kor Basin rivers out let only and only on fiat paper surface), but in Kor geo management, we represent at least three – dimensional ordered, for example topogeraphy gradient for Y coordinate and rivers discharge quantity for X coordinate and absolution geography location (for space point Z coordinate). Consequently, Kor River Basin can be studied based on two scientific metod : I . Planning & II , Management .

This research investigated the effect of insomnia caused by military guarding on motor performance and salivary cortisol and testosterone concentration. Some 24 male active-duty soldiers were randomly selected and placed in two groups, insomnia, and control. Insomnia consisted of two hours of guarding with military equipment, two hours of on-call, and two hours of sleep, which started at 4:00 PM and lasted until 6:00 AM the next day. Agility, balance, and reaction time were measured as indicators of motor performance. Saliva samples were collected in the morning two days before, in the morning after applying insomnia, and after measuring motor performance. The results showed that agility performance in the insomnia group was weaker than in the control group. The balance performance of the insomnia group did not differ significantly from the control group. The reaction time in the experimental group was slower when compared to the control group. Although the reaction time was affected significantly, the findings of this research showed that salivary cortisol and testosterone concentration, as well as agility and balance, are not affected by this amount/type of sleep deprivation.

Motor learning studies on adults have shown that directing the learners’ attention to external cues is more effectual than internal cues. In this study, we investigated if this could be applied to children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD). 45 boys with developmental coordination disorder were selected using motor observation questionnaire for teachers. The task was static balance test that was measured in two experimental conditions including internal (focus on body limb) and external (focus on rex marker) focus of attention. For data analysis, ANOVA and Tukey’s post hoc were used at the significant level of P < 0.05. Results showed that external focus could improve motor learning. However, there was no significant difference between internal focus and control groups. Thus children with DCD benefit from the external focus of attention to learning a static balance skill. According to the results of this study, therapists and coaches should adjust their rehabilitation methods and instructions based on external focus of attention.

Background: Losing a limb can negatively impact balance and gait, leading to reduced quality of life.Aim: This study aimed to examine correlations between spatiotemporal gait and balance with scores of the Quality of Life questionnaire.Materials and Methods: 30 veterans with unilateral below-knee amputations underwent gait analysis to measure step length, stride length, stance time, cadence, velocity, and walking symmetry index by step length. Static balance was assessed via the center of pressure path length by Wii Balance Board during standing. The Timed Up and Go test evaluated dynamic balance. The QoL scores were recorded using the Quality of Life questionnaire for amputees, Trinity Amputation, and Prosthesis Experience Scales (TAPES). Pearson’s correlation coefficients were calculated between spatiotemporal of gait, balance scores, and TAPES domain outcomes. Results: Stride length (r=0.660), prosthetic step length (r=0.648) and intact step length (r=0.618) showed significant moderate positive correlations with psychosocial adjustment, while amputation limb stance time (r=-0.409) correlated weakly. Activity limitations negatively correlated with step/stride lengths (r range -0.781 to -0.784) and cadence (r=-0.538). Moreover, prosthesis satisfaction was associated with improved walking symmetry (r=0.445) and prosthetic stance time (r=0.388).Conclusion: Optimizing gait and balance in below-knee amputation can improve quality of life. Biomechanical factors should be targeted in rehab programs to enhance well-being.

The present study investigated the effect of eight weeks of training with a gyroscope on identifying the body position in space, the semi-dynamic balance on the ground, and Huber's device score. Two groups of 30 Air Force (IRIAF) pilots with an average age of 27 years, height of 178, and weight of 80 kg were randomly assigned to two training and control groups. The training group was exposed to eight weeks of training with the gyroscope device. The pre-test and post-test of the two groups were compared using videography, star test, and Huber's score using the statistical method of repeated measurement. In the gyro test, there was no significant difference in the detection angle of the body position in the air in any groups before and after the test. However, an increase in rotation speed was observed in the training group. In Huber's test, there was no significant change in the control group before and after. However, in the training group, an improvement in the score was observed, especially in the non-superior limb, as well as a decrease in the difference in the score between the two hands. Stars were not observed in any groups before or after the test. According to the results, it can be concluded that despite the non-significance of the difference in the subjects' ejection angle and position identification in the training group, it occurred simultaneously as the rotation speed increased
