Prediction of Children’s Anxiety based on Mother’s Corona Anxiety and Positive Negative Effect

The relation of familly factors in patients with anxiety disorders is a new approach with therapeutic applications. The aim of this research was to Prediction of  children’s anxiety based on The mother’s corona anxiety and negative affect. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of study consisted of all mothers with Corona anxiety going to Aramesh counseling centers at Urmia City. 63 people among them were selected using available sampling method. All subjects completed the Spence children’s anxiety queistionnair/a (SCAS(, Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) and corona anxiety scale (CDAS). Data analysis was done by SPSS23 software with Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression methods. The results indicated that the mother’s corona anxiety and negative affect predict children’s anxiety positively and significantly (P<0.01). These findings can be effective in the clinical and counseling settings.

Investigating the Relationship between Mindful Parenting and Behavioral Problems with Parenting Stress, Quality of Mother-Child Relationship and Health

This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of parenting stress, quality of the mother-child relationship, and maternal mental health in the relationship between mindful parenting and behavioral problems of preschool children. This research was carried out spatially in Ardabil and in terms of time in the fall of 2020. The type of research is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study is 433 mothers of preschool children in Ardabil schools. The sample size was 204 people and they were selected by simple random sampling. Five questionnaires including general health, child-parent relationship, stress-parenting, child behavioral checklist, and mindful parenting questionnaire were distributed among the research samples. The results show that the relationship between mindful parenting with parenting stress, mindful parenting with maternal mental health, and also mindful parenting with the quality of the mother-child relationship is significant (sig <0.05).

Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy on Psychological Capital in Mothers of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

This study aimed to investigate the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on the psychological capital of mothers with children with an autism spectrum disorder. This research is methodically classified as experimental research and had a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of this study included all mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders in medical and rehabilitation centers in Semnan in 2018. Twenty mothers with children with autism spectrum disorder were selected as the research sample by available sampling method and were randomly assigned to the experimental (n = 10) and control (n = 10) groups. Initially, both groups were evaluated by an autism questionnaire. Then, the intervention program based on acceptance and commitment was performed in 10 sessions of 45 minutes and 2 times a week by the researcher on the experimental group. While the control group did not receive such intervention. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The results showed that treatment based on acceptance and commitment has improved the psychological capital of mothers.

The Effectiveness of Bowen's style Family Therapy on Increasing the Happiness and Empathy marital of Couples Referring to Isfahan Counseling Center

The purpose of this study was to investigate The Effectiveness of Bowen,s style Family Therapy on Increasing the Happiness and Empathy of Couples Referring to Isfahan Counseling Centers. The research method was semi-experimental pre-test and post-test with a control group. The statistical population consisted of all couples in Isfahan who were referred to the psychological clinics of Isfahan in 2018. Using a suitable sampling method, couples who were referred to psychiatric clinics were selected 30 couples and randomly assigned to two Control groups (n = 15) and an experimental group (n = 15). Data gathering tools were Azrein, Nester & Jones's Couples Happiness Questionnaire(1973), Jolliffe & Farrington's Marital Empathy Questionnaire (2006), and Bowen,s Family Therapy Sessions during the 8 sessions of 60 minutes on the experimental group. Data were analyzed using SPSS-19 software using single-variable covariance analysis. The results showed that Bowen,s style of Family Therapy increased the couples' happiness and empathy among couples referring to Isfahan counseling centers. As a result, Bowen family therapy can be used in couples counseling to promote empathy and happiness.

The Effectiveness of Commitment and Acceptance Therapy and Life Skill Interventions on Problem-Solving Style and Relationship Beliefs in Male Divorce Applicants with Worry Symptoms

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and life skill intervention on problem-solving style and relationship beliefs in male divorce applicants with worry symptoms. A quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design were used in this research with two experimental groups and one control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all male divorce applicants who referred to Iranmehr Counseling Center in Aliabad Katoul in 2018. The convenience sampling method was used to select samples from people who responded positively to the call, among whom 45 men were selected with scores higher than the mean on the Penn State Worry scale (1990), and randomly divided into two experimental groups and one control group (each group consisted of 15 people). Data were analyzed using SPSS-24 software and one-way and multivariate analysis of covariance.<strong> </strong>The research findings showed that life skill training (problem-solving) had a significant effect on problem-solving style and relationship beliefs and its subscales (P<0.05). ACT intervention also had a significant effect on both variables and their subscales (P<0.05).<strong> </strong>As a result, it can be stated that ACT and life skill interventions are effective on problem-solving style and relationship beliefs in male divorce applicants with worry symptoms.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Mindfulness Training in Improving Sexual Satisfaction in Married Women

The family is the most important element of society and therefore the health of the family depends on the relationship between husband and wife and one of the most important issues between couples is the issue of sexual satisfaction. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness training in improving sexual satisfaction in married women. The present study was a quasi-experimental method with a control and experimental group. The study population was all married women aged 25 to 40 years in Sirjan. The sample size was 30 women in experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. The sampling method was available by sampling method. The method of data collection was sexual satisfaction questionnaire and the experimental group was trained in mindfulness training in 8 sessions of 60 minutes. Data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. The results of the research hypothesis showed that mindfulness increases sexual satisfaction among married women.
