چکیده
زمینه و هدف: این مقاله به بررسی سیاست دفاعی چین در غرب آسیا و پیامدهای آن بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می پردازد. هدف اصلی تحقیق، تبیین سیاست دفاعی چین در منطقه و شناسایی پیامدهای مثبت و منفی آن بر امنیت ملی ایران است. روش تحقیق: روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و داده های آن از طریق پرسشنامه و با استفاده از نمونه ای 45 نفره از خبرگان حوزه نظامی، سیاسی و اقتصادی جمع آوری شده است. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهند که سیاست دفاعی چین در غرب آسیا دارای 30 پیامد مثبت و 18 پیامد منفی قابل تحلیل است که بیشتر آن ها از نظر آماری معنادار هستند. از میان پیامدهای مثبت می توان به ارتقای همکاری های امنیتی، افزایش موازنه قدرت به نفع ایران، کاهش تأثیر تحریم های آمریکا و منتفع شدن ایران از سازمان های منطقه ای مانند پیمان شانگهای اشاره کرد؛ در حالی که پیامدهای منفی شامل افزایش وابستگی اقتصادی، رقابت ژئوپلتیکی و مداخله های چین در مسائل منطقه ای است. نتیجه گیری: نتیجه گیری اصلی این است که وجود چین در غرب آسیا به طور کلی برای ایران امنیت زا است، اما نیازمند مدیریت دقیق برای کاهش ریسک های بالقوه است.The consequences of China's defense policy in West Asia on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran
China's defense policy in West Asia is based on peaceful emergence and lack of tension with great powers and neighboring countries. The main objective of the research is to explain China's defense policy in West Asia and its consequences on the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research is of a developmental type that was conducted with a descriptive-survey method and quantitatively. The sample size is 45 people. The collection tool is a questionnaire. According to the research findings, China is seeking a positive balance in West Asia, and China's growing influence in the Middle East has challenged the established security order led by the United States. China is one of Iran's largest trading and security-building partners. According to the research results, China's defense policy in West Asia has 30 items with positive consequences and 18 items with negative consequences related to the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which are significant and meaningful. Therefore, the consequences of China's defense policy in the West Asia region are security-building for the Islamic Republic of Iran. China's military strategy is basically defensive and its goal is to preserve national interests without hegemony.
