چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی راهکارهای افزایش مشارکت سیاسی از طریق بهره گیری از تحلیل استراتژیک هوشمند در مواجهه با تغییرات اجتماعی انجام شده است. در این تحقیق تلاش شده تا با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و انجام مصاحبه های عمیق با فعالان سیاسی، اعضای احزاب و تشکل های اجتماعی و همچنین شهروندان، ابعاد مختلف تغییرات اجتماعی و تأثیر آن بر رفتار و تمایلات سیاسی افراد شناسایی و تحلیل گردد. یافته ها نشان می دهد که تغییرات اجتماعی ناشی از نابرابری های اقتصادی، تحولات فرهنگی و گسترش فناوری های نوین ارتباطی، هم فرصت ها و هم چالش هایی را برای مشارکت سیاسی ایجاد کرده است. تحلیل استراتژیک هوشمند به عنوان رویکردی نوین می تواند با ترکیب داده های اجتماعی، سیاسی و فناورانه به طراحی استراتژی های کارآمد در جهت ارتقاء مشارکت سیاسی و تقویت ساختارهای مدنی کمک کند. نتایج نشان می دهد که افزایش مشارکت سیاسی نه تنها به سطح آگاهی و تحصیلات افراد وابسته است، بلکه به توانایی نهادهای سیاسی و اجتماعی در انطباق با تغییرات و به کارگیری رویکردهای هوشمند نیز بستگی دارد. این تحقیق تأکید می کند که سیاست گذاران و فعالان اجتماعی با بهره گیری از تحلیل استراتژیک هوشمند قادر خواهند بود به گونه ای مؤثر با تغییرات اجتماعی روبه رو شوند و زمینه افزایش مشارکت سیاسی در جامعه را فراهم آورند.متن
Enhancing Political Participation through Intelligent Strategic Analysis in the Face of Social Change
This study aims to explore strategies for increasing political participation by employing intelligent strategic analysis in the context of social change. Using a qualitative approach and conducting in-depth interviews with political activists, members of parties and social organizations, as well as ordinary citizens, the research identifies and analyzes the various dimensions of social change and its impact on individuals’ political behavior and tendencies. The findings reveal that social changes driven by economic inequalities, cultural transformations, and the expansion of modern communication technologies create both opportunities and challenges for political participation. Intelligent strategic analysis, as an innovative approach, can integrate social, political, and technological data to design effective strategies for strengthening political participation and reinforcing civic structures. The results indicate that fostering political participation depends not only on individuals’ levels of education and awareness, but also on the ability of political and social institutions to adapt to change and adopt intelligent approaches. The study emphasizes that policymakers and social actors, by applying intelligent strategic analysis, will be able to effectively address social transformations and create conditions conducive to expanding political participation in society.
