شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدل دانشگاه سبز در آموزش عالی کشور عراق (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدل دانشگاه سبز در آموزش عالی کشور عراق انجام شده است. روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ نوع داده رویکردی کیفی است. دادهای این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با مدیران و اساتید آموزش عالی کشور عراق گردآوری شده است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها داده بنیاد(کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری کدگذاری انتخابی) است. پس از احصاء نتایج، دادهای پژوهش در قالب مدل استراوس و کوربین در شش بعد پدیده محوری، شرایط علی، عوامل زمینه ای و مداخله گر، راهبرها و پیامدها دسته بندی شدند. مطابق نتایج پژوهش ابعاد نهایی عبارتند از: مقوله محوری(موسسات و سازمان های آموزشی و پژوهشی آموزش عالی کشور، سیاست های هدفمند دانشگاه سبز برای توسعه اکوسیستم های هوشمند، شکل گیری رویکرد خلاقانه)؛ شرایط علّی(اشاعه آموزش سبز و دانش و نگرش در موسسات آموزش عالی، نهادینه کردن فرهنگ دانشگاه سبز و ارزش ها و باورهای اخلاقی و احترام، زیرساخت های محیط زیست برای تغییرات اقلیمی و پیشگیری از آلودگی)؛ راهبرد ها(فناوری هوش مصنوعی و تکنیک های مدرن روز ، همکاری و مشارکت،کشوری منطقه ای، بین بخشی و بین المللی با کمیته های مسئول دانشگاه سبز)؛ شرایط زمینه ای(اصلاح مقررارت و دستورالعمل ها و بازنگری در چشم اندازها و ماموریت، پایش زیست محیطی فعالیت های دانشگاه سبز)؛ شرایط مداخله گر(رسانه ها و مطبوعات، جامعه مدنی و گروه های سبز، تضادهای ژئوپلیتیکی منطقه ای)؛ پیامد ها(آلودگی ناشی از چالش های زیستی وتهدیدی جدی منافع کشور).Identifying the Dimensions and Components of the Green University Model in Higher Education in Iraq
This research aims to identify the dimensions and components of the green university model in higher education in Iraq. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data type. The data of this research were collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and professors of higher education in Iraq. The data analysis method is based on data (open coding, axial coding, selective coding). After the results were counted, the research data were categorized in the form of the Strauss and Corbin model into six dimensions of the central phenomenon, causal conditions, background and intervening factors, drivers, and consequences. According to the research results, the final dimensions are: central category (educational and research institutions and organizations of higher education in the country, targeted policies of the green university for the development of smart ecosystems, the formation of a creative approach); Causal conditions (spreading green education and knowledge and attitudes in higher education institutions, institutionalizing the culture of the green university and ethical values and beliefs and respect, environmental infrastructure for climate change and pollution prevention); Strategies (artificial intelligence technology and modern techniques of the day, cooperation and partnership, regional, inter-sectoral and international cooperation with the committees responsible for the green university); Contextual conditions (amendment of regulations and guidelines and review of the vision and mission, environmental monitoring of the activities of the green university); Intervening conditions (media and press, civil society and green groups, regional geopolitical conflicts); Consequences (pollution caused by biological challenges and a serious threat to the interests of the country).
