چکیده
بی تردید «حقوق اجتماعی انسان» بسیار مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته است. اما هر پژوهش برمبنای خود به نتایجی رسیده است. در این مقاله درصددیم تا به ارزیابی رویکرد تفسیر انسان به انسان جوادی آملی در مسئله «چگونگی تحلیل حقوق اجتماعی انسان» بپردازیم. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیلی توصیفی انجام شده است. پرسش پیشرو این است که ضرورت شناخت هویت انسان و جایگاه او در هستی برای دستیابی به حقوق اجتماعی انسان چیست؟ از آنجا که تاثیر این تحقیقات بر نحوه تحلیل حقوق اجتماعی انسان، تاثیر مستقیم دارد، پژوهش در این رابطه ضروری می نماید. به نظر می رسد، پیش نیازی تحلیل چگونگی ارتباط انسان با جامعه، شناخت دقیق از مبانی هستی شناسی انسان و جامعه است. نظر به این رویکرد، شناخت انسان منحصراً به سه مبدأ تصوری: «شناخت هویت، جایگاه و ارتباط انسان با نظام هستی» صورت می پذیرد. سپس، برپایه این مبادی تصوری می توان به تحلیلی از جامعه دست یافت. نقطه ثقل نگاه این اندیشمند، تجربه و روح اصیل انسانی است که این دیدگاه، با تأکید بر موقعیت انسان در هستی، کرامت ذاتی او و لزوم ابتنای تبیین حقوق اجتماعی بر فطرت، زمینه را برای تحقق جامعه ای عادلانه، با نظر به الگوگیری از انسان کامل به عنوان خلیفه الهی، فراهم می سازد. تأمل در مقالات نگاشته شده، حکایت از آن دارد که در راستای تحلیل حقوق اجتماعی انسان بر پایه آرای جوادی آملی پژوهش های متعددی انجام شده است اما کمتر به رویکرد تفسیر انسان به انسان این اندیشمند توجه گردیده است. در این مقاله ثابت شده که این مبنا، یکی از بنیادهای قابل توجه در تبیین حقوق اجتماعی انسان می باشد که در این اندیشه بسیار بر آن تاکید شده است.Explaining human social rights based on the philosophical foundations of Allamah Javadi Amoli, emphasizing the approach of interpreting human to human
Without a doubt, the “social rights of humans” have been extensively researched. However, each study has reached its own conclusions based on its respective approach. This article aims to evaluate Javad Amoli’s human-to-human interpretation approach in analyzing “how to analyze human social rights.” This research is conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. The central question is: why is it essential to understand human identity and his place in existence to achieve human social rights? Since the impact of these studies directly influences the analysis of human social rights, research in this regard appears to be necessary. It seems that a prerequisite for analyzing how humans relate to society is a precise understanding of the ontological foundations of human beings and society. Based on this approach, understanding human beings is achieved solely through three conceptual principles: “identity recognition,” “place recognition,” and “recognition of the relationship between humans and the universe.” Based on these conceptual foundations, an analysis of society can be drawn. The focal point of Javad Amoli’s perspective is the experience and the authentic human spirit, upon which “rights and duties” are analyzed, leading to the inseparability of rights and duties. Reflecting on the published articles, it is evident that multiple studies have been conducted on analyzing human social rights based on Javad Amoli’s ideas. However, less attention has been given to his human-to-human interpretation approach. This article demonstrates that this foundation is a significant and emphasized principle in explaining and analyzing human social rights within his philosophy.
