طراحی مدل به کارگیری نخبگان علمی ورزشی در سازمان های ورزشی کشور (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل بکارگیری نخبگان علمی ورزشی در سازمان های ورزشی کشور بود.روش شناسی: روش تحقیق پژوهش از نوع کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. گردآوری داده ها پس از انجام 15 مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با نخبگان علمی ورزشی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان صورت گرفت. مقوله های اصلی پس از تکمیل فرایند کدگذاری استخراج گردید. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. پس از تکمیل یافته ها مدل زمینه ای بر اساس مدل سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربین (1994) طراحی گردید. مصاحبه ها به صورت فایل های صوتی و نوشتاری ضبط گردید و نتایج تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل کیفی مکس کیودا 2020، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بدست آمد. روایی و پایایی کدگذاری از طریق کنترل کیفیت تحقیقات کیفی مورد تایید قرار گرفت.یافته ها: مدل طراحی شده در این پژوهش شامل ابعاد و مؤلفه های مؤثر، موانع و راهکارها، ویژگی ها، شرایط علّی، زمینه ای، واسطه ای، عناصر تشکیل دهنده و پدیده محوری، پیامدها و راهبردهای اجرای خط مشی عمومی را نشان می دهد.نتیجه گیری: مدیران ورزشی کشور می توانند از مفاهیم و مقوله های شناسایی شده، در برنامه ریزی های آتی خود به منظور بکارگیری نخبگان علمی ورزشی در سازمان ها استفاده کنند.Designing a Model to Recruit Academic Sport Elites in Sport Organizations of Iran
Objective: The purpose of this study was to designing a model to recruit academic sport elites in sport organizations of Iran.Methodology: The method of this research was qualitative research with grounded theory approach. The statistical population of the study was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Theoretical saturation was achieved after 15 deep and semi-structured interviews with experts and Academic Sport Elites in Ministry of Sport and Youth. Categories were identified after completing the process of coding and data ion. Purposive and snowball sampling was done until theoretical saturation. The model was designed according to systematic model of Strauss and Corbin (1994). Interviews were recorded by Audio and writing files and Data analysis in three steps: open, axial and selective coding was achieved by using MAXQDA 2020 software. Validity and reliability of the coding were confirmed by quality control of qualitative researches.Results: The model designed in this study includes effective dimensions and components, barriers and strategies, characteristics, causal, contextual, mediating conditions, constituent elements and central phenomena, outcomes and strategies of public policy implementation.Conclusion: The country's sports managers can use the concepts and categories identified in their future plans in order to employ sports elites scientific in organizations.
