چکیده
هدف: قیمت گذاری کارکردهای اماکن ورزشی که عموماً بدون قیمت می باشند، گام مهمی برای تصحیح تصمیمات اقتصادی در راستای توسعه و رشد صنعت ورزش می باشد. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و جزء تحقیقات توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر مجموعه های ورزشی استادیوم تختی واقع در چهار راه باغ شمال تبریز، میرداماد و منظریه تبریز را مورد بررسی قرار داد. جامعه آماری شامل مراجعه کنندگان به سالن های ورزشی بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 384 نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای و خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار اندازه گیری پرسشنامه بود. به منظور بررسی سوالات تحقیق از روش ارزش مشروط با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 و نرم افزار ایویوز نسخه 9 استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین میزان تمایل به پرداخت افراد برای اماکن ورزشی در مناطق باغ شمال، منظریه و میرداماد به ترتیب عبارت اند از: 44910/47 تومان، 34043/52 تومان و 15000/42 تومان بودند. همچنین ارزش کل تمایل به پرداخت برای مناطق مذکور به ترتیب برابر با 95087796 تومان، 59039520 تومان و در نهایت برابر با 60696000 تومان در طول یک سال می باشد.نتیجه گیری: موقعیت جغرافیایی و حضور مربیان مجرب و کارآموزده از دلایل افزایش تمایل به پرداخت می باشد.Willingness to pay and Estimation of Economic Value of Sports venues in Tabriz
Objective: Sport facilities which are generally non-price pricing functions, an important step towards the development of sports industry is correct economic decisions.Methodology: The present study is an applied and descriptive-analytical research and has been conducted in the field. The present study examined the sport complexes of Takhti Stadium, Mirdamad and Manzarieh in tabriz. The statistical population consisted of those who referred to the gym, based on Morgan table, 384 persons were selected by stratified random sampling. The research tool was the people's willingness to pay Bidaram et al. (2017) Contingent valuation method was used to investigate the research questions by means of SPSS version 20 and Eviews version 9 software.Results: The results showed that the average willingness to pay for sports facilities in Baghshamal, Manzarieh and Mirdamad areas were: 47/44910Tomans, 52/ 34043Tomans and 42/15,000 Tomans respectively. Also, the total value of the tendency to pay for sports activities is 95087796 Tomans, Mirdamad for 59039520 Tomans and 60696000 Tomans in one year.Conclusion: Geographical location and the presence of experienced trainers are the reasons for the increased willingness to pay.
