ارائه ی مدل سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور در آموزش متوسطه با رویکرد فرا ترکیب (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
هدف: جوامعی که به سمت دانش بنیان حرکت می کند توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی جایگاه ویژه ای در توسعه پایدار دارد یکی از زمینه های مهم برای شکل دهی توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی آموزش و پرورش می باشد و هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور در آموزش متوسطه بوده است.روش شناسی: در این پژوهش با کاربست روش فراترکیب کیفی، تعداد 66 مقاله علمی پژوهشی منتخب در زمینه سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور با طرح نظام مند الگوی هفت مرحله ای (Sandusky & Barroso, 2006) تحلیل و صورتبندی گردید.یافته ها: دستاوردهای حاصله در قالب چهار مقوله اصلی و بیست و هفت شاخص دسته بتدی شدند که عبارتند از: (1) پیشایندهای سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور در عرصه های سرمایه فردی (شامل: نگرش، توانمندی ها و شایستگی ها)، دارایی های درون سازمانی (شامل: محیط سازمانی سالم، مدیریتی و ساختاری) و عوامل برون سازمانی (شامل: ارتباطات و مشارکت های مدنی، فرهنگ شهروندی و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی، سرمایه والدین و خانواده، فضای سیاسی و سیاست های دولت)، (2) راهبردی های سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور (شامل: آموزش و بهسازی منابع انسانی، یادگیری سازمانی، مدیریت اطلاعات و دانش، ارتباط میان فردی و شبکه سازی)، (3) مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی (شامل: اعتماد، مشارکت اجتماعی، تعامل اجتماعی، حمایت اجتماعی)، (4) پیامدهای سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور در عرصه های فردی (شامل: رضایت شغلی، توسعه ظرفیت و توانمند سازی، سلامت روانی)، پیامد سازمانی (شامل: بهبود کیفیت آموزشی، سلامت سازمانی، ارتقای سرمایه فکری، تقویت ارتباط خانواده با مدرسه، پیامد فراسازمانی (شامل: بهبود سبک زندگی).نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادها: نتایج این پژوهش بر ضرورت برنامه ریزی برای توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور در آموزش متوسطه تاکید دارد. با این حال نیاز به انجام پژوهش های بیشتر به ویژه با استفاده از روش های ترکیبی احساس می شود.نوآوری و اصالت: این مطالعه تحلیلی جدید از سرمایه اجتماعی برای توسعه تعالی مدارس است که ترسیم مدل توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی تعالی محور به منظور چارچوبی برای برنامه ریزی آموزش متوسطه ارائه می دهدPresenting an Excellence-Oriented Social Capital Model in Secondary Education with a Meta-Synthesis Approach
Aim: In societies moving towards knowledge-based development, social capital development has a special place in sustainable development. One of the im-portant areas for shaping the development of social capital is education. The aim of this study was to present an excellence-oriented social capital model in secondary education.Methodology: In this study, using the qualitative meta-synthesis method, 66 selected scientific research articles in the field of excellence-oriented social capital were analyzed and formulated using a systematic seven-stage model (Sandusky & Barroso, 2006).Results: The results were grouped into four main categories and twenty-seven indicators, which are: (1) Antecedents of excellence-oriented social capital in the areas of individual capital (including: attitude, capabilities, and competencies), intra-organizational assets (including: healthy organizational environment, management, and structure), and extra-organizational factors (including: civic communication and participation, citizenship culture and social responsibility, parental and family capital, political space, and government policies), (2) Excellence-oriented social capital strategies (including: training and improving human resources, organizational learning, information and knowledge management, interpersonal communication, and networking), (3) Social capital components (including: trust, social participation, social interaction, and social support), (4) Outcomes of excellence-oriented social capital in individual areas (including: job satisfaction, capacity development and empowerment, mental health), organizational outcomes (including: improving educational quality, organizational health, promoting intellectual capital, strengthening family-school relationships), and trans-organizational outcomes (including: improving lifestyle).Conclusions and suggestions: The results of this study emphasize the need for planning for the development of excellence-oriented social capital in secondary education. However, there is a need for further research, especially using mixed methods Innovation and originality: This study is a new analysis of social capital for developing school excellence, outlining an excellence-oriented social capital development model to provide a framework for secondary education planning.
