تدوین الگوی توانمندسازی فناوری اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف تدوین الگوی توانمندسازی فناوری اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی طراحی گردید. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها آمیخته بود. ابزار مورداستفاده در بخش کیفی پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی مصاحبه از طریق قابلیت باورپذیری (اعتبار)، انتقال پذیری و تأیید پذیری و پایایی آن از طریق مطالعه حسابرسی فرآیند و توافق درون موضوعی دو کدگذار به تأیید رسید. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق روایی سازه با نرم افزار پی ال اس به تأیید رسید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر در بخش کیفی، شامل اساتید برجسته حوزه مدیریت ورزشی است که در زمینه توانمندسازی پژوهش هایی انجام داده بودند. همچنین جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر در بخش کمی شامل اعضای هیئت علمی مدیریت ورزشی دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد بودند. تعداد اساتید رسمی (استخدام رسمی و تمام وقت) مدیریت ورزشی در دانشگاه های دولتی و آزاد کشور، به ترتیب 118 نفر و 211 نفر می باشند که از این تعداد با توجه به جدول مورگان، به صورت تصادفی، به ترتیب 92 استاد دانشگاه دولتی و 136 استاد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش تحلیل داده های بخش کیفی در پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل مضمون بود. همچنین در بخش کمی از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد 25 مقوله پس از انجام مصاحبه های پژوهش و کدگذاری باز استخراج گردید. پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که زیرساخت ها، نگرش، سازمانی، فردی، انگیزشی، سواد دیجیتالی و آموزش ازجمله عوامل مؤثر در راستای توانمندسازی فناوری اعضای هیئت علمی رشته مدیریت ورزشی می باشد.Development of a technology empowerment model for faculty members in the field of sports management
The current research was designed with the aim of developing a technology empowerment model for faculty members in the field of sports management. The current research was mixed in terms of the practical purpose and the method of data collection. The tool used in the qualitative part of the research was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of the present research in the qualitative part includes prominent professors in the field of sports management who had conducted research in the field of empowerment. Also, the statistical population of the current research in the quantitative part included the members of the sports management faculty of public and independent universities. The number of official professors (official and full-time employment) of sports management in public and private universities of the country are 118 and 211 respectively, of which, according to Morgan's table, randomly, 92 are public university professors. And 136 professors of Islamic Azad University were selected as samples. The method of data analysis of the qualitative part in the current research was thematic analysis. Also, structural equation method was used in the quantitative part.The results showed that 25 categories were extracted after conducting research interviews and open coding. The current research showed that infrastructure, attitude, organizational, individual, motivational, digital literacy and education are among the effective factors in the direction of technology empowerment of sports management faculty members.
