چکیده
هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل توسعه یافته جانشین پروری مبتنی بر شایستگی در سازمان های آموزش محور می باشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی – توسعه ای، ازلحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و با شیوه پیمایشی- مقطعی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان ستادی و اداری پنج دانشگاه سراسری و آزاد به تعداد 8000 نفر می باشد، که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 366 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها ی پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS وAMOS صورت گرفت. این پژوهش دارای 7 مولفه (شایستگی ها و توانایی های کلیدی, تعیین خط مشی جانشین بروری, بسترسازی ارزشی, حمایت و پشتیبانی سازمانی, برنامه ریزی استراتژیک در حوزه جانشین پروری, شناسایی استعدادها و تشکیل خزانه استعدادها, آموزش و بهسازی استعدادها) می باشد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار می باشد و به عبارتی شاخص های کلی این مورد را تأیید می کنند که داده ها به خوبی از الگوها حمایت می کنند.Presenting a Developed Model of Competency-Based Succession Planning in Training-Oriented Organizations
The aim of this research is to present an advanced model of competency-based succession planning in education-oriented organizations. This research is applied-developmental in terms of its purpose, descriptive in terms of data collection and cross-sectional survey method. The statistical population of the research includes 8000 staff and administrative staff of five national and free universities, of which 366 were selected using the Cochran formula using cluster random sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect research data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. This research has 7 components (key competencies and abilities, determining succession policy, value-based foundation, organizational support and support, strategic planning in the field of succession planning, talent identification and formation of talent pool, training and improvement of talents). The results showed that the research model has a good fit, in other words, the general indicators confirm that the data well supports the patterns.
