چکیده
هدف: توسعه شهری به عنوان یکی از جنبه های حیاتی پیشرفت جوامع، تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی از جمله ارتباطات توسعه قرار دارد. این ارتباطات، که شامل تبادل اطلاعات و تجربیات بین شهروندان و مدیران است، نقش مهمی در هدایت و مدیریت تغییرات شهری ایفا می کند. شهر عسلویه با جایگاه استراتژیک خود در استان بوشهر، تحولات چشمگیری را در زمینه توسعه شهری تجربه کرده است. این شهر به عنوان قطب صنعتی و اقتصادی در حال ظهور شناخته می شود. اما نقش موثر و چشمگیر اقتصادی آن، باعث عدم رضایت شهروندان شده است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش ارتباطات توسعه در توسعه شهری بر اساس چهار بُعد اقتصادی، جمعیتی، زیست محیطی و کالبدی در این شهر می پردازد. هدف از این مطالعه، شناسایی وضعیت توسعه بر محوریت 4 گانه ی مذکور در راستای شناسایی جایگاه ارتباطات توسعه در توسعه ی شهر عسلویه می باشد.روش پژوهش: در روش پژوهش از هردو روش اسنادی و پیمایشی استفاده شده و 373 پرسشنامه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تهیه شده و توسط 343 شهروند و 30 کارشناس، استاد، مشاور و مسئول شهری تکمیل گردیده است. خروجی این پژوهش به صورت جدول و نمودار با استفاده از نرم افزار Excel و با مراجعه به اسناد فرادست و عکس های هوایی حاصل شده است. یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر تاثیر مستقیم احداث و گسترش مجتمع گازی پارس جنوبی بر روند توسعه و گسترش شهر عسلویه در4 بُعد یاد شده و مبانی ارتباطات توسعه می باشد که این آثار صرفا مثبت نبوده و تاثیرات به مراتب بیشتری در جهت منفی داشته است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از وضعیت توسعه شهر، مشخص است که نیاز به همکاری و افزایش ارتباط موثر بین مسئولین شهری و شهروندان در جهت حفظ توسعه به صورت پویا و مورد رضایت شهروندان در قالب ارتباطات توسعه وجود دارد.The Role of Development Communications in Urban Development (Case Study: Development in the City of Asaluyeh)
Objective: “Urban development, as one of the vital aspects of societal progress, is influenced by various factors including development communications. These communications, involving the exchange of information and experiences between citizens and administrators, play a significant role in guiding and managing urban changes. As a city with strategic importance in Bushehr province, Asalouyeh has experienced remarkable developments in urban development. Recognized as an emerging industrial and economic hub, the city's effective and prominent economic role has led to citizen dissatisfaction. This research investigates the role of development communications in urban development based on four dimensions: economic, demographic, environmental, and physical. The purpose of this study is to identify the status of development focusing on the mentioned quadruple dimensions in order to recognize the position of development communications in the development of Asalouyeh city and to provide solutions for improving development processes in the city's future.Methods: The research was conducted in a documentary manner using questionnaires. 373 questionnaires were prepared using Cochran's formula and completed by 343 citizens and 30 experts, professors, consultants, and city officials. The output of this research is presented in the form of tables and charts using Excel software and by referring to documents and aerial photographs.Results: The results indicate the direct impact of the construction and expansion of the South Pars Gas Field complex on the development and expansion of Asalouyeh city in the mentioned four dimensions, which these effects were not solely positive and had significantly more negative impacts.Conclusions: Considering the results obtained from the city's development status, there is a need for cooperation and increased effective communication between city officials and citizens in order to preserve dynamic and citizen-satisfying development.
