چکیده
این مقاله به طراحی نقشه های ذهنی هوشمند برای توسعه خلاقیت در مدیریت استراتژی پرداخته است. با توجه به پیچیدگی های محیط های تجاری و نیاز به نوآوری در فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری استراتژیک، این تحقیق به شناسایی نقش و اهمیت نقشه های ذهنی در تقویت خلاقیت سازمان ها می پردازد. در این پژوهش، نقشه های ذهنی به عنوان ابزاری برای تسهیل تفکر خلاق و تصمیم گیری استراتژیک معرفی شده اند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که استفاده از نقشه های ذهنی هوشمند می تواند به ارتقاء مهارت های تفکر استراتژیک و افزایش بهره وری خلاقیت در سازمان ها کمک کند. همچنین، تحقیق نشان داد که پیاده سازی نقشه های ذهنی در فرایندهای استراتژیک به سازمان ها کمک می کند تا به درک بهتری از وضعیت رقابتی خود برسند و استراتژی های مؤثرتری را طراحی کنند. بنابراین، استفاده از این ابزار به ویژه در سازمان هایی که به دنبال بهبود و توسعه استراتژی های خود هستند، توصیه می شود.Designing Intelligent Mind Maps to Develop Creativity in Strategy Management
This article deals with the design of intelligent mind maps to develop creativity in strategy management. Given the complexities of business environments and the need for innovation in strategic decision-making processes, this study identifies the role and importance of mind maps in enhancing organizational creativity. In this study, mind maps are introduced as a tool to facilitate creative thinking and strategic decision-making. The results of the study show that the use of intelligent mind maps can help improve strategic thinking skills and increase creativity productivity in organizations. The study also showed that implementing mind maps in strategic processes helps organizations to better understand their competitive situation and design more effective strategies. Therefore, the use of this tool is recommended especially in organizations that seek to improve and develop their strategies.
