چکیده
ادبیات تطبیقی در ایران دانشی نسبتاً نوپاست که عمدتاً در دانشگاه ها و از طریق استادانی که در ادبیات کشورهای دیگر تخصص داشته اند وارد فضای آکادمیایی ما شده است ولی دانسته های ما درباره پیشگامان این رشته در ایران و آرای آنان در این زمینه گاه بسیار اندک است. یکی از کسانی که در پا گرفتن این رشته در ایران، چه از طریق تدریس در دانشگاه و چه از طریق نوشته های علمی و مطبوعاتی، نقش مهمی بازی کرده لطفعلی صورتگر است. این مقاله کوششی است تا با بررسی نوشته های صورتگر، از جمله رساله دکتری او که به تمامی در حوزه ادبیات تطبیقی است و تا کنون برای خوانندگان ایرانی ناشناخته مانده، و نیز مقالات و کتاب هایی از او که شاید سویه تطبیقی آنها چندان هم پررنگ به نظر نرسد، دیدگاه های او درباره مسئله تأثیر و تأثر در ادبیات ملل مختلف و اهمیت این مسئله در پیشرفت و افزایش غنای ادبیات بومی استخراج و تبیین شود.The Works and Views of Lotfali Suratgar on Comparative Literature
Comparative literature in Iran is a relatively new science which came in our academic domain mainly through university professors with a specialization in some foreign literature. However, our knowledge about some of these pioneers and their views and judgements in this field is quite limited. Lotfali Suratgar (1900-1969) is one of the professors who played an important role in the establishment of this field in Iran, either through his educational activity at the university or through his scientific and journalistic writings. This article is an attempt to examine the Suratgar's writings, including his doctoral thesis, which is entirely dedicated to comparative literature and has remained unknown to Iranian readers, as well as his articles and books, whose comparative side may not seem so remarkable. Based on this survey, we have extracted and explained Suratgar’s views on the issue of literary interactions between different nations and the importance of this phenomenon in the development and richness of national literature.
