چکیده
هدف: آموزش عالی به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین نهادهای جامعه، نیازمند نوآوری در شیوه های آموزشی برای پاسخگویی به تغییرات سریع و پیچیده جهان مدرن است. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه های شیوه های آموزشی نوآورانه در آموزش عالی است. روش شناسی: این پژوهش به روش کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با صاحب نظران و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های تهران در سال 1401-1402 جمع آوری شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار NVivo و به روش تحلیل مضمون صورت گرفت. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، پنج بعد اصلی شناسایی شد که شامل تدریس نوآورانه، هوش مصنوعی در نوآوری آموزش عالی، مدیریت هوشمند نوآوری، توسعه نوآوری و کارآفرینی، و فناوری اطلاعات بودند. هر یک از این تم ها به مولفه ها و مفاهیم مختلفی تقسیم شدند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نوآوری در شیوه های آموزشی می تواند به بهبود کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری در دانشگاه ها کمک کند. همچنین، چالش هایی مانند مشکلات فنی و نیاز به تغییرات فرهنگی نیز مورد توجه قرار گرفت. برای دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب، لازم است که تمامی اعضای جامعه دانشگاهی در فرآیند نوآوری مشارکت کنند و از تجربیات و دانش یکدیگر بهره مند شوند.Identifying Dimensions and Components of Innovative Teaching Methods in Higher Education
Purpose: Higher education, as one of the most crucial societal institutions, requires innovation in teaching methods to respond to the rapid and complex changes of the modern world. This study aims to identify the dimensions and components of innovative teaching methods in higher education.
Methodology: This qualitative study was conducted using a content analysis approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts and faculty members of Tehran universities during the academic year 2022-2023. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software and thematic analysis.
Findings: Five main themes were identified in this study: innovative teaching, artificial intelligence in educational innovation, smart innovation management, innovation and entrepreneurship development, and information technology. Each of these themes was divided into various components and concepts.
Conclusion: The study results indicated that innovation in teaching methods can enhance the quality of education and learning in universities. Additionally, challenges such as technical issues and the need for cultural changes were highlighted. To achieve desirable outcomes, it is necessary for all members of the academic community to participate in the innovation process and leverage each other's experiences and knowledge.
