چکیده
آینده نگاری به عنوان یک ابزار تحلیلی-چشم اندازی متمایز،توسعه پیدا کرده است:این ابزار آینده های آلترناتیو از فیلد های (رشته های)مختلف ذینفع، مورد توجه قرار می دهد و بدین ترتیب به فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری در سطوح مختلف کمک می نماید. این مقاله چشم اندازهای مختلف ارزیابی آینده پژوهی را در نظر می گیرد و از طریق برقراری نگاشت بین این چشم اندازها ، با کارکردهای سیاستی آینده پژوهی،چارچوبی را برای شناسایی و اولویت بندی متغیر های موثر بر ابعاد یک پروژه آینده پژوهی در حوزه تحقیقات ناجا ارائه می کند .The study of foresight effect in Naja’s research area
Foresight activity and in particular technology foresight has become an analytical tool and the distinctive vision that gives consideration to the various future alternative fields in order to assist decision-making processes at all levels. This paper considers the different perspectives of evaluating foresight by establishing a road map of them and their interactions with the various future policy functions. Then, it tries to propose a policy framework to identify and prioritize the influencing factors involving in NAJA’s research foresight projects.
