چکیده
شبه جزیره کره به عنوان سرزمینی کهن و استراتژیک جایگاه یکی از پیچیده ترین و دشوارترین معماهای صحنه بین الملل است. به شکلی که بحران هسته ای کره شمالی و دوپارگی شبه جزیره نه تنها مردمان آن سرزمین، بلکه معادلات قدرت در منطقه را نیز تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. هرچه زمان بیشتری از این جدایی می گذرد، تفاوت ها در دوسوی شبه جزیره هم بیشتر می شود و به تبع آن وحدت مجدد دو کره که آرزوی دیرین مردم آن سرزمین است نیز پیچیده تر و سخت تر می گردد. در مباحث مرتبط با اتحاد مجدد دو کره، ابعاد اقتصادی و فرهنگی شدیداً حیاتی و چالش برانگیز خواهند بود، به طوری که انتظار می رود با وقوع چنین رخدادی، کره متحد بیش از پیش در معادلات اقتصادی و فرهنگی منطقه و جهان تأثیر گذار باشد. از یک سو، کره جنوبی به رغم برخورداری از قدرت اقتصادی، به تنهایی توان مدیریت و پرداخت هزینه های وحدت را نخواهد داشت و همچون توسعه اقتصادی در بخش جنوبی شبه جزیره، کره متحد نیز برای توسعه به کمک های بین المللی نیاز مبرم خواهد داشت. در بعد فرهنگی نیز، اتحاد موفقیت آمیز دو کشور پیش از هرچیز، مستلزم درک مردمان دو سوی شبه جزیره از تفاوت های ناشی از هفت دهه جدایی است. دولت کره متحد با چالش های فرهنگی بسیاری دست و پنجه نرم خواهد کرد و یکی از مهم ترین کارکردهای فرهنگی آن، اصلاح ذهنیت مردمان بخش شمالی از باورهایی است که بر مبنای محوریت شخصیت کیم ایل سونگ و سپس فرزند و نوه اش شکل گرفته اند.Evaluating the Possible Alliance between North Korea and South Korea
Korean Peninsula as an ancient and strategic land, is the place of one of the most complex and difficult riddles of the international scene. Nuclear crisis of North Korea and the bipartiteness of the peninsula not only has affected the people of this land, but also the visage of Northeast Asia. In discussions about the reunification of the two Koreas, economic and cultural dimensions are considered highly critical and extremely challenging. The occurrence of such an event, is expected to further affect global and regional economic and cultural equations. South Korea with all of its economic capabilities cannot solely manage such an event and pay its costs. Therefore, like the economic development of the southern part, international supports would be deeply significant in the economic boom of the United Korea. In the cultural dimension, the successful reunification of the two countries first and foremost, requires the mutual understanding of the people about the differences arising from seventy years of separation. The government in a United Korea will grapple with many cultural challenges and one of its main cultural functions, would be separating the northerners from the Kim Il Sungism beliefs.
