چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشران های توسعه ورزش حرفه ای کشور عراق، انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش به صورت کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه برخاسته از داده ها است. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از 25 مصاحیه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و متخصصان و مدیران سازمان های ورزشی عراق بهره گرفته شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده های حاصل از مصاحبه ها، طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی پدید آمدند. با استناد به نتایج کدبندی محوری و مفاهیم مشترک بین کدهای باز، 10 محور به نام های حمایت از ورزشکاران حرفه ای، امکانات آموزشی و تجهیزات تمرینی، تربیت و ارتقای مربیگری، رقابت های ملی و بین اللملی، تحقیقات علمی و نوآوری، رسانه و فرهنگ، حمایت مالی، رویکرد یکپارچه سازی سیاست توسعه ای، مشارکت کنندگان در ورزش و پرورش استعدادها و نخبه پروری در امر شناسایی پیشران های توسعه ورزش حرفه ای کشور عراق شناسایی شد؛ لذا پیشنهاد می شود؛ با نهادینه کردن فرآیند شایسته سالاری و ثبات مدیریت در جذب و بکارگیری و نگاه داشته مدیران ورزش حرفه ای به ویژه در باشگاه ها، تمرکز بر توانمندسازی مدیران به ویژه در بخش بانوان با بهبود تفکر راهبردی و نگرش سیستمی در امر توسعه ورزش حرفه ای کشور عراق گام برداریم.Identifying the drivers of the development of professional sports in Iraq
This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the drivers of the development of professional sports in Iraq. According to the nature of the subject and research objectives, the current research is qualitative and based on the theory derived from the data. To collect research data, 25 in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts and managers of Iraqi sports organizations were used. The participants in the research were selected by purposeful and theoretical sampling. Analysis of the data from the interviews emerged during three stages of open, central and selective coding. Based on the results of core coding and common concepts between open codes, 10 cores are named as support for professional athletes, training facilities and training equipment, training and promotion of coaching, national and international competitions, scientific research and innovation, media and culture, financial support, The approach of integrating development policy, participants in sports and cultivating talents and elitism was identified in the matter of identifying the drivers of the development of professional sports in Iraq; Therefore, it is suggested; By institutionalizing the process of meritocracy and stability of management in attracting, employing and retaining professional sports managers, especially in clubs, focusing on empowering managers, especially in the women's sector, by improving strategic thinking and systemic attitude in the development of professional sports in Iraq.
