چکیده
خصیصه گفتگومداری پیامبر اکرم (ص) از ویژگی های فردی و اجتماعی مشهور ایشان است که در برخی آیات به آن اشاره شده است. این خصیصه با وجود محاسن گره گشا ممکن است برحسب مواجهه با نوع مخاطب دارای چالش هایی در اثرگذاری موفق باشد. این پژوهش با استناد به یکی از روش های طبقه بندی رفتار به نام روش DISC که براساس آن گرایش های اصلی و غالبی افراد دسته بندی، و با استفاده از گزارش های قرآن رفتارهای فردی و اجتماعی پیامبر اکرمn نظام مند و زنجیره ای ترسیم می شود؛ می کوشد تا پیوستگی خصیصه گفتگومداری با سایر اوصاف پیامبر اکرمn را مشخص سازد؛ بدین ترتیب ده ویژگی شخصیتی پیامبر اکرمn که گفتگومداری یکی از آنهاست، مشابه شاخصه های مدل S و ترکیب آن با I و C قلمداد شد که گویای پیوستگی رفتاری این خصیصه با سایر ویژگی هاست و ضمن اشاره به برخی پیامدهای گفتگومداری، هشت رفتار تعدیلی که خداوند به پیامبر اکرمn توصیه فرموده، مطرح شده که مشابه آن در شاخصه های مدیریتی مدل D و ترکیب آن با C دیده می شود. روش پژوهش در این مقاله تحلیل محتوای کیفی ترکیبی است؛ یعنی براساس تحلیل محتوای کیفی، داده های قرآنی هم زمان تحلیل و با رویکرد ترکیبی (استقرایی و قیاسی) انجام شده است.Consequences of the peace-loving trait of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) based on His dominant behavioral chain in Qur'an
The conversational trait of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is one of his famous personal and social characteristics, which is mentioned in some verses. This feature, despite its advantages, may have some challenges in having a successful effect, depending on the type of audience. In this research, by referring to one of the behavior classification methods called the DISC method, based on which the main and dominant tendencies of people are classified, and by using the Qur'an reports, the personal and social behaviors of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) are systematic and chain. It is drawn, an attempt has been made to determine the continuity of the trait of conversational with other attributes of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). In this way, the ten personality traits of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), of which conversational is one of them, were considered to be similar to the characteristics of model S and its combination with I and C, which indicates the behavioral continuity of this trait with other characteristics, and while pointing out some consequences of conversational, eight The adjustment behavior that God recommended to the Holy Prophet (PBUH) has been proposed, which is similar to the management indicators of model D and its combination with C. The method used in this article is mixed qualitative content analysis, that is, based on qualitative content analysis, Qur'anic data were analyzed at the same time and it was done with a combined approach, i.e. inductive and deductive.
