چکیده
هدف: بررسی مسلح شدن دوباره ایل جاف جوان رود در سال 1320ش/1941م، نپذیرفتن خلعِ سلاح در دوره محمدرضاشاه و دلایل خلعِ سلاح آن به دست حکومت مرکزی در سال 1334ش/1955م.روش/رویکرد پژوهش: این پژوهش، به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع اولیه، همچون اسناد انتشارنیافته، مصاحبه و منابع کتاب خانه ای انجام شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: ایل جاف جوان رود به دلیل مسلح بودن ایلات ایرانی و عراقی هم جوارش و بیم از تجاوز و غارت قلمروش توسط آن ایلات حاضر نبود خلعِ سلاح را بپذیرد. حکومت مرکزی نیز چون سران این ایل مجدداً املاک مزروعی و چراگاه های سابق این ایل را تصرف کرده بودند و از واردات و صادرات کالاها در مناطق مرزی قلمرو ایلیاتی شان با عراق حقوق گمرکی می گرفتند که درنهایت به خودمختاری شان منجر شده بود تصمیم گرفت این ایل را خلعِ سلاح کند.Analyzing and investigating the disarmament of Javanrud'sJaf tribes (1955-1941)
Purpose: Examining the rearmament of the Jaf Javanrud's Jaf tribes in 1320 SH/1941 AD, their refusal to disarm during the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, and the reasons for their disarmament by the central government in 1334 SH/1955 AD.Method and Research Design: This research was conducted in a descriptive-analytical manner, relying on primary sources such as published documents, interviews, and library resources.Findings and Conclusion: The findings of this research show that the Javanrud'sJaf tribes, due to the armed nature of Iranian and Iraqi tribes in proximity and fear of encroachment and looting of their territories by these tribes, was unwilling to accept disarmament. The central government, as the leaders of this tribe had repossessed their agricultural fields and former grazing lands, and were levying customs duties on imports and exports of goods in their border regions with Iraq, ultimately leading to their autonomy, decided to disarm this tribe.
