چکیده
مقاله حاضر ضمن تأکید بر اینکه انسان موجودی فرهنگی است و تمام ابعاد زندگی وی متأثر از فرهنگ است، با رویکردی بینا رشته ای، به بررسی چیستی، چرایی، ابعاد و مؤلفه های تعلیم وتربیت از منظر انسان شناسی فرهنگی و لزوم توجه به چنین رویکردی در نظام های آموزشی برای به دست آوردن شناخت و فهم همه جانبه و مطلوب از انسان و سپس برنامه ریزی برای وی می پردازد. مقاله با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوای استقرایی انجام گرفته و پاسخ دادن به پرسش هایی همچون این که منظور از انسان شناسی فرهنگی چیست و مؤلفه های اساسی آن کدامند؟ و ملاحظات انسان شناسی فرهنگی در تعلیم وتربیت و ویژگی ها و مؤلفه های تعلیم وتربیت از منظر این رویکرد کدام است؟ را وجهه همت خود قرار می دهد. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که انسان شناسی فرهنگی با داشتن نگاهی کل گرایانه، جامع و درونی به انسان و مسائل وی، از دید وی به جهان می نگرد و بصیرت هایی جدید و توصیفی دقیق تر از آنچه در درون و برون وی رخ می دهد، ارائه می دهد. انسان شناسی فرهنگی با درنظرگرفتن فرهنگ به مثابه نرم افزار ذهن که می تواند در نوع مواجهه کودک با آموزش های مدرسه ای اثرگذار باشد، معتقد است با داشتن نگاه فرهنگی به آموزش، بسیاری از امور انسانی که مسئله می پنداریم یا شناخت نادرستی از آن داریم، به درستی موردبررسی و حل قرار می گیرد و حتی در بسیاری از موارد منحل خواهد شد. بدین ترتیب موجب تسهیل، معنادارشدن، عمق بخشیدن به یادگیری و تحول دید دست اندرکاران به مسائل، روش ها، محتواها و سایر عوامل مؤثر در آموزش وپرورش خواهد شد.Education With the Approach of Cultural Anthropology; What And Components

The findings indicate that cultural anthropology, having a holistic, comprehensive and internal view of man and his issues, looks at the world from his perspective and has new insights and a more accurate description of what happens inside and outside of him. provides Cultural anthropology, by considering culture as a software of the mind that can be effective in the way a child encounters school education, believes that by having a cultural view of education, many human affairs that we think are problematic or have a wrong understanding of them, are correctly It will be investigated and resolved and even dissolved in many cases. In this way, it will facilitate, make meaningful, deepen the learning and change the perspective of those involved in issues, methods, contents and other effective factors in education.
