چکیده
تعاون و همکاری متقابل انسان ها از بدو حیات بشر در همه دوران های زندگی در تمام جوامع وجود داشته است . فرهنگ تعاون در میان زنان گیلان ، ریشه دارترین فرهنگ اصیل بومی می باشد، یاوری نه تنها در تولید و کار، بلکه جنبه های مختلف زندگی روستاییان را در برمی گیرد و روی تمام مناسبات اثر می گذارد و همگرایی و مشارکت زنان درعرصه اجتماعی را فراهم می سازد و نقش زنان را پررنگ تر جلوه می دهد. هدف از ارائه ی این مقاله ، توجه به یکی از مناسبات دیرپا و سنتی در گیلان است که زمینه ی پیدایش نوعی از فرهنگ و ادبیات را فراهم آورده و روی تمام مبانی زندگی در آمیختگی پیدا کرده و اثر گذاشته است. این مطالعه یک پژوهش توصیفی و تحلیلی است که در آن تلاش شده است تا با رویکرد مردم شناختی ضمن توجه به تجربه زیسته مردم گیلان ابعادی از فرهنگ همیاری و تعاون سنتی در میان زنان گیلان مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. یافته-های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که اشکال یاوری در میان زنان گیلان بسیار متنوع و گوناگون است و نه تنها در شالی کاری که عمده ترین محصول کشاورزی است ، بلکه در باغداری (کشت چای و توتون و حبوبات ) دامداری و صنایع دستی ، نوغان داری ،باغداری، آیین ها و نمایش های گروهی جریان داشته است.Helping culture and traditional cooperation of women in Guilan
Cooperation and mutual cooperation of humans has existed since the beginning of human life in all eras of life in all societies. The culture of cooperation among the women of Gilan is the most deeply rooted native culture, helping not only in production and work, but also includes various aspects of the life of the villagers and affects all relationships and provides women's integration and participation in the social arena and the role of women makes it look bolder. The purpose of presenting this article is to pay attention to one of the long-standing and traditional relations in Gilan, which has provided the background for the emergence of a kind of culture and literature, and has found and influenced all the foundations of life in fusion. This study is a descriptive and analytical research in which an attempt has been made to investigate aspects of the culture of cooperation and cooperation among the women of Gilan with an anthropological approach while paying attention to the lived experience of the people of Gilan.
