چکیده
امروزه، ظهور مفهوم تحول دیجیتال به معنای ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در رویکردهای تولید و ارائه محصولات و خدمات است که بقا و پایداری کسب وکارها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است؛ از سوی دیگر، به دلیل نقش مهم شرکت ها به عنوان مسئول جامعه، پایداری شرکت ها بسیار مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگویی برای پایداری کسب و کار مبتنی بر مهارت های دیجیتال در همه گیری کرونا به شیوه ی توصیفی انجام شده است. از طریق مصاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختارمند به تدوین و اعتباریابی چارچوبی مفهومی با روش داده بنیاد پرداخته است. جامعه ی آماری شامل مدیران و صاحب نظران و کارشناسان در شرکت های فعال در شهرک صنعتی فناوری تبریز هستند که از بین آنها ۱3نفر به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. تعداد نمونه ها از قاعده اشباع پیروی می کند. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ، از روش ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﺑﺎز، ﻣﺤﻮری و ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺸﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد مفاهیم در قالب یک مقوله محوری و 12 مقوله اصلی و 26 مقوله فرعی و 145 ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﯾﺎ ﮐﺪ ﺑﺎز ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺪل ﭘﺎراداﯾﻤﯽ پایداری کسب و کار مبتنی بر مهارت های دیجیتال در همه گیری کرونا اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪ. شرایط علی شامل(هوش رقابتی، ارزش آفرینی هوشمند، ارتقای خودآگاهی)، شرایط زمینه ای شامل (زیرساخت های دیجیتالی همگرا، انطباق منابع مالی) شرایط مداخله گر (سنت های فرهنگی، فقدان تکنیک ها و رویه ها، مسائل امنیتی فناوری های دیجیتال)، راهبردها (شفافیت و پاسخ گویی، جهت دهی هوشمند فرایندها)، پیامدها شامل (مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی، ارتقای اهداف بلندمدت اقتصادی، تلفیق حفاظت و توسعه محیطی) دسته بندی شدند.Presentation a model for business sustainability based on digital skills in the Corona pandemic
Today, the emergence of the concept of digital transformation means making fundamental changes in the approaches to the production and provision of products and services that have affected the survival and sustainability of businesses; On the other hand, due to the important role of companies as responsible for the society, the sustainability of companies has received much attention from researchers. This research aims to provide a model for business sustainability based on digital skills in the Corona epidemic in a descriptive way. Through in-depth semi-structured interviews, he developed and validated a conceptual framework with the database method. The statistical population includes managers, experts, and experts in active companies in Tabriz Technology Industrial Town, among whom 13 people were selected by purposive sampling and participated in this study. To analyze and analyze the data, the open coding method was used. The findings of the research show that concepts were identified in the form of a central category and 12 main categories and 26 sub-categories and 145 concepts or open codes. Finally, the paradigmatic model of business sustainability based on digital skills in the corona epidemic was presented. Causal conditions include (competitive intelligence, smart value creation, self-awareness), contextual conditions (convergent digital infrastructures, adaptation of financial resources), intervening conditions (cultural traditions, lack of techniques and procedures, security issues of digital technologies), strategies (transparency and accountability, intelligent orientation of processes), outcomes were categorized as including (social responsibility, promotion of long-term economic goals, integration of environmental protection and development).
