چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کلیشه ها و نقش های جنسیتی در جامعه ی ما؛ صورت گرفته است. روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده است؛ به منظور گردآوری داده های لازم برای نیل به اهداف پژوهش، از منابع موجود و مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش فیش برداری شد و اطلاعات حاصل با شیوه های کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. این مقاله، توصیف مختصر سوابق و تاریخچه ی کلیشه ها و نقش های جنسیتی و مهارت یا علم مرتبط با آن در جامعه، را بصورت مفهومی در این زمینه را مرور کرده است. سپس مفهوم آموزش نقش های جنسیتی و این دانش را به عنوان شاخه ای از دانش بشری را مورد بررسی عمیق قرار داده است و سپس مفهوم کلیشه ها و اثر بخشی آن در مسیر موفقیت انسان و نظریات دانشمندان و بزرگان بیان شده است. در پایان مقاله، پیشنهادهایی کاربردی در مورد آموزش های گوناگون و بخصوص مزایا و معایب استفاده از دانش کلیشه ها و نقش های جنسیتی ارائه شده است.Stereotypes and gender roles in our society
The current research aims to investigate stereotypes and gender roles in our society; there have been. The research method was descriptive and analytical; In order to collect the necessary data to achieve the goals of the research, the available sources related to the research topic were taken and the resulting information was analyzed with qualitative methods. This article has reviewed the brief description of the records and history of stereotypes and gender roles and the skill or science related to it in the society conceptually in this field. Then the concept of teaching gender roles and this knowledge as a branch of human knowledge has been deeply investigated, and then the concept of stereotypes and its effectiveness in the path of human success and the opinions of scientists and elders have been expressed. At the end of the article, practical suggestions about various trainings and especially the advantages and disadvantages of using the knowledge of stereotypes and gender roles have been presented.
