تبیین ادراک صاحبنظران از نظام آموزش از راه دور بعنوان سازمان یاددهنده با رویکرد پدیدار شناسانه

چکیده
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، تبیین ادارک صاحبنظران درباره نظام آموزش از راه دور بعنوان سازمان یاددهنده می باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر، شیوه کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی است. مشارکت کنندگان در این پژوهش 15 نفر از اساتید و فارغ التحصیلان آموزش از راه دور دانشگاه پیام نور بودند که بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و ملاک محور انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و برای تحلیل کیفی داده ها نیز از شیوه کد گذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) به روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی بهره گرفته شد. جهت تامین روایی و پایایی از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر مشارکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده گردید.نتایج حاصل از تبیین ادارک صاحبنظران درباره نظام آموزش از راه دور بعنوان سازمان یاددهنده مشتمل بر چهار بعد اصلی سیاستگذاری، مدیریت و پشتیبانی، زیر ساخت ها و ارزیابی، اصلاح و مهندسی مجدد و 32 مولفه مستخرج از متن مصاحبه ها می باشد که پیشنهاد می شود نظام آموزش از راه دور بعنوان سازمان یاددهنده به ابعاد و مولفه های احصاء شده در این پژوهش عنایت شود.Explanation of Experts' Perception of Distance Education System as a Teaching Organization with a Phenomenological Approach
The purpose of this research is explanation of eexperts’ perception of distance education system as a teaching organization. The present research method is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Participating in this research were 15 professors and distance education graduates of Payam Noor University who were selected based on purposeful and criteria-based sampling.. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. And for the qualitative analysis of the data, the coding method (open, central and selective) was used using the seven-step Claysey's method. The content validity of the interview questions was confirmed by experts. The results of the explanation of experts' opinions about distance education system as a teaching organization include four main dimensions of policy, management and support, infrastructure and evaluation, modification and reengineering, and 32 components extracted from the text of the interviews, which are suggested to be distance education system as a teaching organization, should take care of the dimensions and components calculated in this research.
