بررسی تاثیر شبکه های اجتماعی بر مطالبات سیاسی کاربران (مطالعه مقایسه شبکه تلگرام و اینستاگرام)

چکیده
طرح مساله:پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین فعالیت کاربران در شبکه های اجتماعی تلگرام و اینستاگرام و مطالبات سیاسی آنان در شهرهای تهران و قم به عنوان پایتخت های سیاسی- اقتصادی و فرهنگی-مذهبی کشور انجام شده است.روش: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش ترکیبی شامل مطالعه کتابخانه ای و پیمایش با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه،انجام شده است. اعتبار پرسشنامه با روش اعتبار صوری و پایایی آن به وسیله آلفای کرنباخ محاسبه شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کلیه کاربران عضو شبکه های اجتماعی تلگرام و اینستاگرام بالای 15 سال ساکن شهرهای تهران و قم می باشند که با استفاده از فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران 768 نفر به عنوان نمونه تعیین و با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند.یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده ارتباط معناداری بین دو متغیر میزان فعالیت در شبکه های اجتماعی و مطالبات سیاسی کاربران و میزان آماره اسپیرمن در سطح معناداری 95 درصد 0.59 می باشد که نمایانگر رابطه مستقیم و در حد متوسط می باشد.نتایج:کاربران بر اساس خاصیت دوران مدرن دائماً در حال بازاندیشی مطالبات سیاسی خود و سطح مورد انتظار آنها می باشند و به منظور حفظ تعادل سیاسی لازم است نظام سیاسی، دائماً این مطالبات را رصد نماید و پاسخ مناسبی را به آنها ارائه دهد.Investigating the impact of social networks on users' political demands (Study comparing the Telegram and Instagram networks)
Problem design: The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the activities of users on Telegram and Instagram social networks and their political demands in the cities of Tehran and Qom as the political-economic and cultural-religious capitals of the country.Method: This study was carried out using a combined method including library study and survey using a questionnaire tool. The validity of the questionnaire was calculated by the face validity method and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of this research is all members of Telegram and Instagram social networks over 15 years of age who live in Tehran and Qom, and 768 people were selected as a sample using Cochran's sampling formula and using cluster sampling. were selectedFindings: The results of this research show a significant relationship between the two variables of social media activity and users' political demands, and the Spearman statistic at a 95% significance level of 0.59, which represents a direct and moderate relationship.Results: Based on the characteristics of the modern era, users are constantly rethinking their political demands and their expected level, and in order to maintain political balance, it is necessary for the political system to constantly monitor these demands and provide an appropriate response to them.
