چکیده
هدف : تبیین وضعیت فعلیِ گردش کار در بخش تنظیم و توصیف اسناد و عرضه خدمات آرشیوی به مراجعان در معاونت آرشیو ملی سازمان اسناد و کتاب خانه ملی ایران و بررسی چالش های موجود در این حوزه ها. روش/ رویکرد پژوهش : روش پژوهش به صورت ترکیبی شامل روش کیفی و پیمایش تحلیلی است. پرسش از متخصصان آرشیو ملی برای آگاهی از شرایط فعلی و مدل سازی از گردش کار مطلوب و تهیه پرسش نامه و پرسش از آرشیویست ها با هدف بررسی میزان انطباق فرایندهای تدوین شده با شرایط فعلی در حوزه های کاری مدنظر در آرشیو ملی ایران انجام شده است. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری : براساس پاسخ های دریافت شده، به دلیلِ شرایط مطلوبِ طراحی شده در بخش های تنظیم و توصیف اسناد، و رقمی سازی و عرضه خدمات آرشیوی اسناد، راه اندازی زیرساخت نرم افزاری جامع مدیریت اسناد که براساس فرایندهای مطلوب عملیاتی بشود، به طورکامل وضعیت موجود را پوشش خواهد داد.Current Archival Arrangement, Description, and Services in the National Archives of Iran: An Analytical Survey
Purpose : The purpose is to clarify the current status of archival records arrangement and description process and archival services in the National Archives of Iran, and identify the challenges of the sections. Method and Research Design : Both qualitative and analytical survey were used as the research method. The research was accomplished in two stages. In the first stage, five expert archivists of the National Archives of Iran were interviewed and in the second stage, 21 employees of the National Archives of Iran filled out a questionnaire. Finding and conclusion : Based on the respondents’ viewpoints, the designed optimal processes in both arrangement and description section and archival services section covered all current processes and no significant differences were found.
