چکیده
انسان از آغاز حیات تا رسیدن به سن بلوغ مراحل متعددی از رشد را طی می کند که برخورداری از خصوصیات زیستی و روانی مطلوب و ورود موفقیت آمیز به زندگی اجتماعی و همنوا شدن با ارزش ها ، هنجارها و الگوهای پذیرفته شده رفتار اجتماعی مستلزم آن است که وی مراحل رشد را به نحو مطلوب پشت سر بگذارد . چنانچه عوامل مرتبط با رشد ، در مراحل مختلف رشد وی دچار اختلال شوند ، کودک و نوجوان در معرض خطر انحراف از مسیر انطباق با ارزش ها ، هنجارها و الگوهای پذیرفته شده قرار می گیرد . کودکی دورانی آکنده از لحظه های آینده ساز است . اگر شرایط رشد سالم برای کودک فراهم شود این رشد سیری مثبت به خود می گیرد و اگر چنین شرایطی فراهم نشود کودک در معرض خطر انحراف از مسیر رشد سالم قرار می گیرد . ملاحظه حقوق مختلفی که برای کودکان در اسناد بین المللی تصریح شده و بررسی وضعیت کودکان و نوجوانان بزهکار و نقض بسیاری از حقوق مذکور درخصوص آن ها نشان می دهد که نقض حقوق رشد مدارانه، کودکان را در معرض خطر ارتکاب جرم قرار می دهد . تمامی ابعاد رشد کودک اعم از جامعه پذیری و کنترل وی به نحوی با خانواده مرتبط است و اختلال در هر یک از زمینه های کارکردی خانواده ؛ کودکان و نوجوانان را در معرض خطر گرایش به بزهکاری قرار می دهدThe role of developmental criminology in the potential criminality of children and adolescents

Childhood is a time full of future-making moments.If the conditions for healthy growth are provided for the child, this growth will be positive and if such conditions are not provided, the child is at risk of deviating from the path of healthy growth. Considering the various rights stipulated for children in international documents and investigating the situation of delinquent children and teenagers and the violation of many of the aforementioned rights regarding them, it shows that the violation of the rights of proper development puts children at risk of committing crimes. All aspects of the child's development, including his sociability and control, are related to the family in some way, and disruption in any of the family's functional areas; It puts children and teenagers at risk of delinquency
