چکیده
این پژوهش باهدف بررسی اثر مهارت های مدیریت کوانتومی مدیران در چابکی سازمانی با نقش میانجی هوش سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان با روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، شامل کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان، در سال 1398 می باشند که 279 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهارت های مدیریت کوانتومی مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، به صورت مستقیم و هم به طور غیرمستقیم، از طریق متغیر میانجی هوش سازمانی می تواند بر قابلیت چابکی سازمانی تأثیرگذار باشد. بر این اساس، مهارت های مدیریت کوانتومی مدیران به میزان 70/0 بر چابکی سازمانی و هوش سازمانی به میزان 21/0 بر چابکی سازمانی تأثیرگذار می باشد. همچنین نقش میانجی هوش سازمانی در اثر مهارت های مدیریت کوانتومی مدیران بر چابکی سازمانی 15/0 تأیید گردید؛ بنابراین مدیران ورزش کشور با به کارگیری مهارت های کوانتومی در سازمان و استفاده از راه حل هوش سازمانی می تواند قدرت رقابت پذیری سازمان را افزایش دهد و از دیگر سازمان ها را متمایز نماید و با به کارگیری اطلاعات موجود از مزایای رقابتی و پیشرو بودن بهره برداری نموده تا بتواند تغییرات مثبت یا منفی را حس کنند که این امر قابلیت چابکی وزارت ورزش و جوانان را ارتقا می بخشد.The effect of managers' quantum management skills on organizational agility of Ministry of Sports and Youth staff with the mediating role of organizational intelligence
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of managers' quantum management skills on organizational agility with the mediating role of organizational intelligence in the Ministry of Sports and Youth using structural equation analysis. The statistical population of this study, including all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in 1398, 279 people were selected as a statistical sample. The results showed that the quantum management skills of the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, both directly and indirectly, through the mediating variable of organizational intelligence can affect the ability of organizational agility. Accordingly, managers' quantum management skills are 0.70 on organizational agility and organizational intelligence is 0.21 on organizational agility. Also, the mediating role of organizational intelligence due to managers' quantum management skills on organizational agility was confirmed to be 0.15. Therefore, by using quantum skills in the organization and using organizational intelligence solutions, the country's sports managers can increase the competitiveness of the organization and differentiate it from other organizations. Or feel negative, which improves the agility of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
